The Craft Shop Bantry Omdömen

Fast delivery and no problem when I discovered that I had ordered the wrong item, without batting an eyelid, the replacement was sent as soon as I had posted back the ‘mistake order’. Wonderful and do great to be s le to support a local business :)

Fabulous customer service! Colleen messaged me shortly after placing my order to let me know the Biscay Bay Arizona in stock was a slightly different shade/intensity, and included a picture, said it was ok if I wanted to cancel. The color was fine. They arrived today and the color is gorgeous.
In 35 years of wearing Birks I've never had such considerate customer service.
I'm in the US and Craft Shop Bantry has a great selection of wide widths and colors that are unavailable here-and better prices. Even with shipping from Ireland, total was less than what I've found here.
Thanks so much Colleen, I'll be a repeat customer!

Friendly efficient and prompt service. Great value for money. Nice to see small business doing well.

Quality product, extremely helpful staff & efficient delivery

Very easy online ordering experience, excellent quality products and fast, safe delivery. Only other comment is that when ordering ceramics, it would be lovely to have some info on the designer included with the product.

Really delighted with the Birkenstock clogs I bought... Shipping was really fast and efficient and the product is wonderful. Also, I love supporting local shops and the Bantry Craft Shop is fabulous! Thank you for the lovely service :)

Great service

The shoes are great, but there were very little sizes available for a lot of sandals.

I got a gift of these little robins when my daughter passed away and they were so lovely to receive- I have now given gifts to my friends who have lost loved ones- they are so beautiful and personal..

I bought a beautiful pair of earrings and a Dun Oir Sheep cup. I was a bit apprehensive about the cup arriving in one piece but it was very securely and neatly packaged. The website is a pleasure to use and my purchases arrived very promptly. Overall a very pleasant and efficient service. Great to be able to support local businesses as well!

i ordered Birkenstocks from here, they arrived in two days i love them so much there so pretty and this shop has such a huge selection of Birkenstocks i would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend The Craft Shop in Bantry and will definitely shop here again. They have a great range of Birkenstock at a good price. The whole process was so smooth with regular updates. I particularly liked the personal touches in the order confirmation email and the card received with my order. My order arrived two days after ordering.

Thank you to Colleen for a service that was perfect.
Fast efficient and my gift arrived very quickly.
I wish it could always be so easy.
