The crate that we ordered was too long for the boot. We enquired about return postage and were told that it would cost around £10 and should try Parcel2 go.
Each carrier said it was too heavy and would have to arrange collection which started at £48 - almost half the cost of the crate.
I complained to Cozy Pet who haven’t bothered to respond.
The customer service is apalling and to be frank the quality of the product is extremely poor and I would go as far to say that I believe it could be dangerous.
Do not order from this firm.

I ordered a dog crate which came with some damage.I then read cozy pets reviews which were very negative and I was concerned.
BUT...we had a very positive experience with their customer service dept.
My complaint was dealt with instantly and a refund in my account in days!
Communication was very good.
I will defintely be re ordering from them!

I bought and had to return a dog cage as sadly it was 0.5cm too tall to fit in the boot of my new car. I measured extremely carefully, but sadly it didn’t fit.
We packaged the item extremely carefully and sent it back. At the time of purchase their website said something along the lines of “ensure you pack the item carefully otherwise we will deduct money from the refund”. However now it has changed to an automatic 30% deduction for all dog cages.
The message they have now put on their website is very passive aggressive and with zero sympathy for the customer.

The second issue is that these are very flimsy and cheap quality. I would have absolutely zero faith that this would keep my pet safe if the worst happened and I crashed the car.
I could forgive the awful customer service and teenage stroppy attitude if the product was actually of a decent quality, alas not.

I bought a 33mm heavy‑duty chicken run. It lasted a year and a half before one of the poles snapped. I phoned Cozypet and was told the item had been discontinued, which is fair enough — but then I got a condescending physics lecture about how poles “don’t just snap”, implying something must have caused the damage.I can confirm nothing hit it, and nothing could have hit it. This happened during one of the hottest, calmest summers with no wind. The attitude of the person on the phone was awful and did nothing but wind me up.I will never buy from them again. If you sell a product advertised as heavy duty but it fails under completely benign conditions, that’s clearly a defect. You should stand by your product — not talk down to the customer who bought it.

I bought a large rabbit run from here. It arrived prompty, exactly as described. It was cheaper buying directly from their site, much cheaper and more animal friendly runs available than on amazon and ebay. I reached out to customer support as I realised I had purchased the wrong item, claire responded quickly and offered a full refund, no problem at all. Would definitely recommend.

Delivery on time. No instructions included. Picture of the sunshade on the cardboard box was different to the one included and there were some short pegs which we had absolutely no idea what they were for but seemed to be inserted upside down on the packaging picture??? Sunshade had holes in which seemed to fit the long metal pegs but if the slightest wind blew it pulled the pegs out of the ground rendering the pen unsafe. Held it down with planks of wood in the end. It will do for indoors.

I ordered a travel cage via Amazon. My address and post code were accepted for the order, I live Isle of Wight. Then I receive a cancellation from Cozypet Pet as they then decided they will not deliver here.
So poor show Cozy Pet, poor show Amazon.

This was great service I ordered a car dog crate one day and got it the next day, fits my duster car perfectly

I have one of their rodent cages. It's very good. Problem is the pet chews through the bottom tray. This company supplied a replacement once with no problems.
I have been trying to get another replacement tray since January. Emails are ignored, phone goes to voicemail which is full so you can't leave a message.
They have such good products but they suck at customer service.
Best avoided

Cozy Pet is an awful company, with a shocking rude Customer Service. I regret not reading all the bad reviews on here before I ordered my dogs car crate. It was advertised as new but with minor cosmetic damage as it was a Customer Return, it came with scratches, dents and bite marks all over it, also with 3 screws missing.

I rang several times, but all I got was an answer phone saying... it's full. I then emailed them several times before I got a reply, basically calling me a liar even though I sent them loads of pictures of all the damage. Without the screws I couldn't put it together even if I wanted too. This car crate should not of been resold, it should of gone straight to the knacker's yard.

Ordered a car dog crate which was supposed to be a checked “as new but maybe with minor cosmetic damage” customer return. Arrived with every panel damaged and unusable. Tried to call immediately but no answer and voicemail full. Emailed and no reply. Chased and received a very rude response. Not willing to refund or exchange. Have logged charge back through credit card. Goods not as described on website and awful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

The item would not fit together properly - screws would just turn round and round without holding parts together. There were missing holes so you couldn't build the item. It was totally unfit for purpose and definitely too dangerous for my cats. PayPal ruled in my favour and gave me a full refund. I'm now going to take the item to the amenity tip as it's not safe for any cats.

Ordered two houses for our tortoises. One arrived one day and the other the day after. No problem with that but the second house had some poor quality issues with the roof felt. This had been poorly cut and water would simply run to the corner and soak into the untreated roof timber. I immediately sent Cozy Pets an email with photos. Waited a few days and nothing so then messaged via their webiste, again no reponse. Chased and rang again several times and did receive and email "sorry this product is perfect". I replied advising it clearly wasn't and offered up several options to resolve - return for full refund, deliver new house and collect defective one, send just a replacement roof, send suffient quantity of felt and I would recover the roof. Again, no reply from Cozy Pet. It was only when I encountered issues with them not replying to emails, ringing and hearing that their voicemail inbox was full that I read other reviews. Just wish I had read these first. Cozy Pet clearly do not reply to any complaints. It is a shame because one of the houses is a lovely product but they clearly have no idea on customer service. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I was Looking for crate for my Freelander2 for occasional use and was able to find a returned crate for a great price ordered lunchtime and delivered direct the following morning .... fitted boot area with seats in place and ok not as sturdy as more expensive made to measure crates but ideal for my needs ....

I ordered a dog crate for my car and I received the item the next day. It was easy to assemble and the crate is good quality, and exactly as described.
I am very happy with the purchase, this is the second time I have used CozyPet for a car dog crate - the first one lasted me 3 years and I only purchased a new one because I changed my car and the boot was smaller!

Highly recommended and very good prices.

We brought rat cage RC05 one door bars was broken on it . So reason why I marked low stars . I didn't contact company as I put rats in when noticed it . But they seem very flimsy also sticker that says cosy pets won't stay stuck on cage

I won't ever order from this company again. Iv ordered 4 runs of them now. Never had an issue. This latest one I got had missing parts. So I emailed them and iv had nothing but horrible messages back. Arguing with me and calling me silly. And making me out to be a lier. I'm absolutely disgusted. Stay well clear!

I received a dog crate for the car,assembled it. Placed dog in It driving along I realised the catch had come loose and the dog was out.I contacted the company they stated that I couldn't return it because I had assembled it.I pointed out it wasn't apparent that it was dangerously defective until assembled.I went to Amazon who argued my case and I got a completed refund and postage via Amazon.DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

Second time ordering and I cant believe how bad they have been. Items sent broken and not fit for purpose. Sent 2 emails with evidence which went ignored. Escalated with paypal which prompted cozypet to reply. Only offered credit no refund, when all I originally wanted was replacement parts. They doubled down on making me pay for a return even though their products and service do not meet consumer rights act (2015). Took a PayPal review to fix. Paypal ruled in my favour for a full refund and not having to return items. I would avoid this company in future or be prepared to fight for your money back!
Could have been handled with just decent customer service.

Why I didn't read reviews before I bought the cage. Totally waste of time and horrible customers service. I've received wrong item which didn't match photos and description. Also the quality of the item was so poor.
The company didn't cover postage costs (almost £15) I'm still waiting for refund. Amazon is doing investigation now. I suggest to find another shop.
