Love the design
Love the design. Looks really nice.
Unfortunately, the items took so long to arrive eventhough the website mentioned about it but at least the team should give an update or reply my email. Received the item weeks after but not worth the money i paid. Finishing is poor, seems to be an old product. Cant be bother to return it too.

Slow shipping but good experience overall
Ordered three pieces and some pillows/blankets. The soft goods arrived relatively quickly (a few weeks) and the furniture items all took about 2-3 months to arrive. Shipping is slow but the website warns of this, although tracking stopped updating after the items arrived in my country so I didn't know exactly when the items were arriving and would have been good to get updated shipping numbers. Items all arrived undamaged.

The email address, wecare@cozymatic is rather ironic..
Paid for express shipping. Arrived after almost 3 months and it was the complete wrong item. Huge delays getting a response to any email after following the procedures outlined on their website. Went on their WhatsApp chat - got a response providing me with the full address of another customer asking me to repost the wrong item I received to it's correct purchaser. Is that not a breach of privacy? Doesn't sound like the right resolution to me.
Have asked to be refunded, and offered for them to organise a courier to collect the incorrect item. It's a no to both from Cozymatic. The email address of wecare@cozymatic is rather ironic, isn't it?
Painful experience all round that has left me out of pocket $810, and any time I ask for a response regarding the refund, their WhatsApp goes eerily quiet.

SCAM: DO NOT BUY.
Product arrived broken and damaged. Cozymatic has refused to give a refund. They have tried to charge me to return the item that arrived broken. Do not purchase products from this company.
I have now gone through multiple emails with "Tracy" from Cozymatic. They want to charge me to return the broken item, and are now ignoring my emails. Their site advertises a "30 day hassle free refund" this is not true as I have found the process the opposite of hassle free.
The reply below from cozymatic says that they will take feedback on board. This isn’t feedback I would just like a refund for the broken product.

Avoid! Scammers! Terrible Quality! Awful support!
Ordered 4 items.
Buffet never arrived.
Ottoman arrived riddled with mould.
Side table not as pictured.
Lamp was fine.
Months of back and forth with their support team and I use the term loosely resulted in an immaterial refund. Which didn’t even cover the cost to take the ottoman to the tip.

Awful. They owe me over $2000 and won't return any message
I ordered two couches. One was faulty and I took photos and evidenced the fault. The other we didn't like. We returned both of them and followed the return policy to the letter. The couches were returned with receipt of reception on July 5 - I am still waiting for the refund 6 weeks later.
Added to this, every Cozymatic person I have spoken to has decided to ignore me. I have been polite in every message. Now I email and ask "what's going on?" and I have not got one response. The last contact they have made was on the 3rd of August.
Where are they? I don't know. I can only assume they don't want to refund my $2,275.47
Would I recommend Cozymatic? I would recommend you stay the hell away from them.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. You can purchase Target and Kmart furniture which is much better quality for a tenth of the price. I was appalled at the finish and overall quality. This company clearly has bots or people posting good reviews. I feel completely ripped off. Silly me, I have learnt.

Exactly like the website pictures
I ordered a dining table from Cozymatic earlier this year when they were offering free shipping due to delays. As expected it did take a while for the table to be delivered (~2 months), however it arrived in good condition and looked exactly like the website photos. I would definitely buy from them again as I was very happy with the quality.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! I will not buy from this company again. I bought a bookshelf and shoe cabinet. Colours do not match with the photos on their website. There are multiple scratches and dents. They offered to send me touch up paint or 10% refund which will not be enough to cover those damages nicely. Descriptions on their website are inaccurate. It said partial assembly required when it actually required minimal assembly. I wasted money to hire someone to come and assemble the item. I asked them to contact the delivery company for me but my request was ignored. I did not receive any notification or updates on the delivery. The item was left outside my building and I only found out it was delivered when I left home.

Pretty good service
I bought a side table from them. It was my first time buying a furniture online without seeing the actual product beforehand. It turns out better than I thought. I was in a dilemma whether I should shop it online which is not I usually do. There are room to improve product quality for sure, but it is good enough for me or for the price. Their customer service gave me confident to buy from them.

First of all, lead time were extremely long. Secondly, the product I received were no where near what was in the pictures. Color was off, shape was different. Thirdly, quality of the product wasn't that great.
