One of those what I ordered VS what I got moments......my excitement to receive my glorious plush Leopard print deluxe model robe was turned very quickly to horror when I opened my package to find the abomination of all fashion disasters that was sent to me. They made it very difficult to return the item, but I insisted, currently waiting for my refund.....AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Sent me the wrong nighties and stopped answering my emails after I sent them a photo of the wrong nighties. Avoid this company at all costs. Shonky as they come.

They sent the wrong order and now will not answer my emails. So far this company is not trustworthy!!! If I could give them less than one star, I would.

I order 4 robes from them and spent almost $200. They all looked super fluffy, warm and long. They were All an Absolute joke! Knee length, cheap thin material and prints which looked nothing like the photos on the website. It is actually laughable how ridiculous these robes look. I was offer $28 for my $200 return because they said it would be expensive for me to ship my items back to China. What a SCAM!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. The pictures are beautiful, but the product is disgraceful. I feel sorry for anyone involved with this. God always works on my behalf. Wilma Graham 404 503 6096

Extremely disappointed with this - was expecting a gorgeous lush robe and got a thin, ugly piece of crap. How dare they. I enquired about a refund and got a reply but then silence. Have lodged a dispute with Paypal and will not recommend these rip off merchants to anyone.

I almost got sucked into buying one of these gowns, which look gorgeous, but the payment process just didn't seem right. They wanted me to fill out my paypal log in, including my password, on their own site, so I stopped at that point.

Thank you to everyone who bothered to share their experience, helping to save other victims who've basically been scammed by this company.

Why can't they just deliver what they promise instead of sending people rubbish and then screwing them out of a refund. It makes people distrust anything out of China - they're damaging their own manufacturing sector.

I agree with the others. The quality is terrible and nothing like they look in the pics. Also the sizing is not right. I wanted to return my housecoat, but was asked to accept a $5 refund because of the duty and shipping taxes I would have to pay to return it. I didnt get my refund and was not able to return it even though I cannot wear it.
Terrible company and I will NEVER buy from another clothing company I do not know and that advertises on Facebook. I wish I could have found these reviews when I looked before i purchased from them. I did look but was not able to find this at that time.

Same item arrived absolutely awful quality, when I said I’d like to return it they said it would be better to take $8 refund due to me having to pay freight and taxes. I own a shipping company do know that this will be pennies compared to the £36 I parted with. They should be shut down

An appalling company. Please don’t waste your money. The items that are sent bear no resemblance to those advertised. The fabric is of the poorest quality, advertised as full length but only reach the knee! And supposedly have a hood but none on items sent. No response at all to emails requesting refunds. A scam website

False advertising. Item received was nothing like the advertised item i ordered. I am so sick of these SCAM artists taking advantage of of customers. On contact to get my money back i have received no correspondence after a week. Disgusting Company!

False Advertising. The picture of the robe I ordered was nothing like the one I received. The robe I received was cheaply made and the design was nowhere near the same! I sent them an email to try to get a return started two days ago, but have not heard back. This company needs to refund me my money.

What arrived was nothing like the item advertised. Gorgeous long fluffy dressing gown in the picture. What arrived was a zip up thin fleece house coat! They asked for pictures of the item when I asked for a refund and as soon as I sent them and asked how to return the item communication stopped. Do not waste your money.

Absolutely crap. Not even remotely like the pictures. Laughable how different in fact. Stay away from this site!

Scam - robes were nothing like the advertised product, poor quality material, no hood on the robe. And offered a $8 refund while trying to intimidating me with excess return costs on taxes and customs. Opened a PayPal case but doubt I’ll get a full refund. Avoid this company or what every new name they come up with.

I never write negative reviews but this looked nothing like the picture its laughable. The robe I got was months late showing up after we paid for express shipping (it was supposed to be a Christmas gift). The Material is so cheap and thin, it doesn’t even have a hood just a long collar. definitely a scam sight, stay away from this shop. Got a good laugh from this atleast lol

I’d give it lower if I could. The gown I ordered never arrived. It’s been nearly a month. Luckily, I went through PayPal so currently am filing a case.
