I haven’t received my item yet!

I haven’t received my item yet. The last update I got on it was 31st, it’s not the 13th. The delivery company has told me to get into contact and I have heard nothing since? I also tried to look into getting a refund and doesn’t provide information on where to go….

Edit: July 2025 - the company helped me after I sent in an email and updated me on the issue with my order. It was since delivered within the next few days after and in excellent condition with packaging being like new! Covisn are reliable and have been a great help for me! Thank you Covisn!

After checking our records, we found that your original order placed on July 28, 2024, was shipped via Yodel on July 31, with tracking number JJD0002231793039112. Unfortunately, the package could not be delivered due to an incorrect or unknown recipient address, and it was returned to the local Yodel service center on August 18 after multiple failed delivery attempts.

As discussed in our email communication, you later updated your delivery information. We then re-shipped your package on August 16 via China Post (tracking number AT432027924CN), and it was successfully delivered on August 24.

We always strive to ensure smooth delivery, and we appreciate your cooperation in resolving the issue. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.

I've tried a few other colorblindness…

I've tried a few other colorblindness correcting glasses and they either don't work at all or are too expensive, but the Covisn glasses work for me. I can see the colors of traffic lights and stop signs clearly now.

Corrupt Practice by UPS Local Staffs

Firstly, I urgently needed the item and paid the fast shipment charge too. But, surprisingly, received it on a day when even the normal delivery will be considered late. Later, although on my request, you refunded my fast shipment charge of 90 USD, but that had to be negotiated through call center. thanks to the Call center girl for her nice gesture of ensuring the refund. One more thing that I would like to mention that, please make sure to prevent corrupt practice of Dhaka UPS staff at the Airport. They were found to have a link up with the corrupt custom clearance system and as such no client can get away of this system and we are all victim. UPS as an international organization, it is strongly recommended to kick out all corrupt local staffs, as they might bring disaster for UPS at any time by spoiling image.

Covisn was just what I was looking…

Covisn was just what I was looking for I probably spent three or four years trying to find some contacts that would correct my red green deficiency. couldn’t find them anywhere and i ran across covisn on the web. When I contacted covisn someone got right back to me to answer any concerns I received them in a couple weeks I went to my eye doctor so she could help me put them in and she gave me a test infact she took the email address for covisn because she knows people that want to get the same thing. all I can say is thank you civisn it’s something I’ve been hunting down and you guys have really good support thanks couldn’t believe it I could read all the numbers on the Ishihara test

Great products and support!!

The website has a lot of great products and information to help with color blindness. The support team helped a lot when my package got stuck in customs. They actually sent me another set free of charge!! That's amazing service you can count on!!

Hi, Thanks for your patience,Your package is shipping to El Salvador initial by PostNL International,after arrived in El Salvador , you'll be delivery by Correo El Salvador,so the shipping time may longer than usual.

We check your package on transport to El Salvador from October 15th, and delivered at November 1st.
