I had a cover made the first time it worked perfectly and then it got lost or misplaced or whatever and then called them back a year later on the phone they pulled up my order and made a new one for me. It was made and delivered within two weeks. I was extremely happy.

This custom product is perfect. Exactly as measured, fits perfect, fabulous quality/construction and looks great. It fits in well with the seven other custom covers I have ordered. The website easily enables the process of ordering custom products. I absolutely love when you get the template that says this is what it will look like complete with dimensions.

Repeat customer. Usually the sequel isn't as good as the first, but in this case very much still top-notch service and attention. My requirements were met without reservation. Great product doesn't hurt either. You won't be disappointed.

Very poor communication and dishonest…
Very poor communication and dishonest status of my order. 7 times I asked for a status and it was always in production with a delivery 3-7 business days away. After 2 months of delays they offered a 10% refund to compensate / thank you… but a month later same story so I cancelled my order. They refunded my order no problem… but very frustrating experience and spend the summer with no shade after I ordered in may with a mid June delivery planned at purchase.

Accurate size, sturdy, should last
The privacy mesh seems sturdy, the rivets are also heavy duty so I have high hopes the screening will last. The measurements were accurate to what I requested. At first I was getting emails about the progress of my order but I never received an email that my order had shipped. It just showed up one day. So I would take off half a star for that lack of communication.

I've purchased covers previously that fit really well. On this particular order there was a product fit/dimension issue. The Customer Care team were responsive, professional, and we were able to mutually resolve the scenario over a series of emails. I will definitely use Covers and All for future cover needs.
