I would leave zero stars if I could. The first thing you need to know is this company is in China. Items take forever to get to you. The size is much too small and when you try to return they make it almost impossible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Always check the reviews.

What an idiot. I review literally everything but on this occasion I looked for reviews after I had ordered 😫😳 The stunningness and flow of the dress hooked me in. You would expect to find this on a market stall for £10 but you wouldn't buy. Very poor quality stitching, stitched with white which makes it look even cheaper. You can see the cheap elastic on the wrists. Pretty straight body, nothing like the flowing dress on the website. The design of roses is beautiful. It doesn't even have a couture Urban label. I could have brought 4- 5 lovely charity shop dresses for the price of this. Emails sent several times informing me of payment, postage etc, so at least there was that 🤔

Do not use this company it is a scam and will take your money only.

If I could rate this company as no stars I would. They are a SCAM. The dresses sent were totally the wrong size, and after a ridiculous amount of emails trying to get the returns address it became obvious that they had no intention of ever giving me my money back even if I sent the parcel to them in China. DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY. They will send you rubbish and steal your money

Have reported this scam company to LEVI and they are investigating. Suggest everyone else do so too.

Not sure what is more ridiculous, myself not checking reviews before ordering or the paper thin 'Levis' bomber jacket that arrived. Would barely fit a newborn child.

Update - they replied to me saying 'Levi' is a common word and not mean't to be a make or link to Levis.......be careful when you search on Levis jackets as they are the first link to pop up.

Cheap Chinese rubbish. Thought I was buying a Levi bomber Jacket and what turned up was pound shop quality and would not even fit my 15 year old son. Literally ripped off and no chance of a refund. Return address in HongKong. If you were smarter than me and read the reviews first, just avoid at all costs.

Ordered a jacket then canceled hour later after reading reviews. Sent email saying do not expect payment from my bank. They sent email back saying they will offer discount and I refused. They took the money sent item that is cheapest made jacket I’ve seen. Thread hanging out thinner than tracing paper and the jacket would fit a six year old, I’m a man’s medium. I have no chance of getting money back. Do not use this company it’s a rip off. And please check reviews of any company first before buying.

30 emails to get the return address and it a different one to the one on there site.
Simply try to go around everything the return even of sent goes to a different a address and they refuse refund of not delivered .

Absolute rubbish ,will never use this company again. Ordered a pair of large cargo pants which when they eventually arrived after about three weeks wouldnt fit a small child the quality was also very poor. After struggling to find any information about returns, I found out they have to be posted back to an address in hong kong, and im expected to foot the bill, never again absolute scam.

This is definitely a scam website and the clothing is so cheap and nasty. I purchased an item very quickly and am now kicking myself that I didn’t do my research first. The item I purchased was called Levi| bomber jacket so I stupidly thought it was the Levi’s brand! Nope no where near. The item arrive very late and is a cheap material and so thin that you wouldn’t want to wear it as a jacket! There are no labels in the item as they have been cut out. I’m trying to get a refund but I would need to send it back to Hong Kong to do that which will cost me as much as it’s worth. The company say they are a small uk company but beware as they clearly are not! Do not buy from here. You can’t see any reviews on their webpage even though they say they have good reviews and you can’t post one either.

Along with other reviewers this is just rubbish that arrives skip ready. Nothing like photos. Wrong size fits no one. Bought in haste repenting in other company’s leisure wear. Honestly a no star rating would be too good for this crap.

Ordered a £44.95 Levi made to sound like Levis bomber jacket and when it arrived the quality was awful and the size which was supposed to be xxxl was not even and medium.

Then instead of a refund they offered a 50% discount to another product. Scam company shipping from Hong Kong needs to be reported to trading standards

When item eventually arrived, looked nothing like photo. (Kerby fleece). When enquired about returns, told me I could keep item and get 50% off another item which I declined. Then told me I could keep item and get 10% refund or return item to china which would cost me €20 to €40 (item £35). At this point I gave up and told them to forget it. My advice is don’t touch this company with a barge pole.

This company should be reported as a scam. I ordered a dress it took 3 weeks to arrive and it’s not fit to clean the floor with! It’s shoddy material badly made and the sizing is ridiculous. I ordered XL which should be a UK 16 it’s more a UK size 10 that I’ve got. Trying to get a refund is impossible, they’re offering 50% discount off another order. There’s no way I’ll be ordering anything else from them, I’m just sorry I didn’t read the reviews before I purchased the rubbish dress I’m now stuck with.

I’ve reported this company to National Crime Agency, maybe if others on here do the same they could be stopped in their scamming tracks.

Awful shoes, cheap/low quality, nothing like the photos, long delivery time, poor packaging. Following complaint, my Mum was told to either “give them away or receive 50% off the next purchase” (absolutely no chance of ordering again!) Shocking, AVOID!!!

Rubbish rubbish rubbish , be careful as they won’t refund you it’s rubbish quality crap !!

Do not order from this site, merchandise is absolutely rubbish and you will never get a refund.

This shop is a scam, and so is the website. It isn't genuine
Ordered 2 jackets. Both different to their description in the website and wrongly sized. They had no size labels on them, and were awful quality.
When contacted they refused a refund and just kept offering more offers "to make things right".
Reported to my bank who refunded me.
