This company is a complete hoax and will not refund your money and uses every tactics to avoid paying out. They do not follow EU Regulations about online purchases. A complete scam. Avoid at all costs

Horroroso. Estafado. Compré un vestido con número de pedido #3039 hace ya dos meses y después de infinidad de correos no conseguí la devolución.
No compren aquí. Es una estafa.

Una auténtica estafa.
Tardaron un mes en enviarme un vestido. Cuando llega nada que ver con la foto, calidad pésima y una atención al cliente miserable.
Imposible que te hagan el reembolso

Very bad experience, do not shop there! Bad quality product - cheap material and bad fit of dress (it was not even a dress - from the back it was wide open, would have to wear trousers under it), wanted to return it, long emailing started, they did not want to provide address where to return it, offered different levels of discount so that I keep the product and “save the environment” from extra transport, I at the end asked the bank for a charge back as this could go on forever and no guarantee that they would give me any money back. Worst online shopping experience!

I ordered two dresses that I received and neither fit. I requested return instructions over 2 months ago and I was given the run around and now am being ghosted. First, I was asked to put on the dresses and take photos - I find this offensive. The dresses don't fit. Next, I was offered 10, 20, 30% to keep them. Again, they don't fit so why would I want to keep them. Then they told me they have to refer my case to a committee to determine what do do. I am still waiting over 6 weeks for a response. Honestly, this kind of behavior is unethical. I don't usually write reviews, it isn't about the money - it's the principle: not being "allowed" to return an item(s) that doesn't and not being transparent about their return policy. Caution: be wary about buying from this site - it your item doesn't fit/suit you - you won't have a return option.

I placed an order in early April and we are now almost at the beginning of July and I am still to receive the order. I have contacted the customer service however I get the same automated generic Chat GPT email.

Definitely do not order from this supplier. I wish I had looked at the reviews before buying. It's been two months since purchasing and nothing has been delivered. They won't refund me either.

The product took weeks to be delivered…..did not match what was advertised and when arrived was made of cheapest basic materials. DO NOT DREAM OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEM…..DISGRACEFUL……

They are a drop shipping scam company. Good never arrived. I had to go through my bank to get a charge back to get my money back as they refused to refund me. Do not shop with them.

If there was a facility to write no stars, I would. These people take your money, send you shoddy products then do not refund you. The reviews say as much but stupidly I didn't check. I wish I had, I would never have ordered from them. They keep sending patronizing e mails, apologizing and saying the issue is with their team. I don't think they have any intention of refunding me but if they do, I will edit this. In the mean time ,STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS

My experience with this company has been a nightmare their returns policy is disgusting they offer partial refunds but nothing happens only further correspondence on a matter that is supposedly already agreed. Would not recommend you do any business with them.

The only reason I put 1 star to this review is because there is no 0 star option. To summarise everything:
- Instead of the 5-7 days delivery promised on the website, I had to wait for 22 days before having it delivered, and spent most of this time without any news of the delivery's progress.
- The quality is of course of an unthinkably low standard as the "high quality fabric" they claim to use happens to be 100% polyester, with an appearance which, of course, does not match with the one on the picture.
- Lastly, I am currently in the process of trying to get the refund I already asked for before getting it delivered as the order was taking far too long and I didn't even know where in the world it could be.

All in all, do. not. buy. ANYTHING. from, them. Ever.

Son estafadores, por favor no compres aquí son productos de muy muy mala calidad y no te hacen la devolución. Voy a mirar cómo denunciarlos.

Mi experiencia es malísima. Llevo una semana escribiéndoles para devolver un vestido, que ha venido sin etiquetas por cierto, y no tengo respuesta. Voy a denunciarles, primero porque no especifican hasta que no te metes hacer la devolución. De que no devuelven el importe total, se quedan un 25% y segundo no contestar y facilitar información de cómo tengo que hacer la devolución es una vergüenza. Sin duda la peor experiencia que he tenido.
