Take a screenshot when you cancel or they’ll continue to charge you.
I only needed one report so I cancelled directly after I received the report; in the same sitting. A few months later I noticed I was still getting billed so I contacted the company. They said they would refund if I had a screenshot showing that I cancelled. Never thought about it before, but will now. Regardless, they verified to me that they could see I hadn’t logged in since and still refused to refund me. So $140 for one report. Thanks CourtRecords.us!
*Ok guys, they refunded $19.95 out of $120; Hoorah! There are still a bunch of other companies out there that I would try before going back.

Good customer service but was not aware of monthly charge
I was just looking at my credit card charges and noticed several $20 charges for courtrecord.com. i called and talked to customer service, sorry don't remember her name. She said i did a back ground check on my daughter and granddaughter back in September. I do not remember doing this but if there was a free 7 day trial i might have did it. But i do not remember seeing that i was going to be charged $20 a month after that. I would appreciate if i could get a refund of the amount i was charged. It was very easy to cancel this and the person i talked to was very helpful
