The 5-Star Reviews are Bots or Paid
Look online for what people actually think about Court Records instead of these fake reviews. They're well known for charging you $2.95 for their services and then quietly auto-enrolling you into a monthly $24.95 subscription...which is technically legal because they tell you (in the middle of your confirmation email after you've paid), but it's obvious they're being deceptive about it because they don't tell you up front when you first pay that $2.95 that you're automatically enrolled into their membership. Such a scummy and gross business practice. I never even received monthly reminders about my payments like actual REPUTABLE subscriptions, so I ended up paying for about half a year before I realized. I just called Chase and had them dispute it all and refund me. I also just reported them to the BBB and the FTC.
Either way, their services suck. I got almost no information from their site that I couldn't find on my own or through better court records sources. Save your money and RUN.

On our checkout page, we state that customers are purchasing a trial that ends in seven days. It also states that it will automatically enroll the customer in a monthly subscription billed at $24.95 if the customer does not cancel during the trial. We provide an Order Summary on the checkout page, with a checkbox for the customer to acknowledge that they have read our Terms of Service and Billing Terms.

Excellent Customer Service
The customer service lady I spoke with was helpful. She was able to cancel an account I did not know I had and refund multiple payments I did not authorize. However, I was being charged for months unknowingly for a subscription that I didn't know I had. I used their service for one search and apparently it subscribed me monthly without my knowing. Customer service, excellent. Transparency on website, terrible.
