I recently purchased an online driving test course for £19 with high hopes of gaining comprehensive knowledge to successfully pass my driving test. Unfortunately, my experience with this course has been quite disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts for the benefit of others considering the purchase.

The content provided in the course is remarkably generic and lacks the necessary details crucial for success in a real driving test. While the course claims to offer valuable advice, I found the information to be overly simplistic, falling short of providing the key insights needed to navigate the complexities of a practical driving examination.

One of the primary drawbacks I encountered was the absence of in-depth coverage on essential topics such as the highway code and street signs. It's perplexing to pay £12 for a course that fails to deliver content that is readily available for free online. The lack of specificity in the course materials left me feeling ill-prepared for the actual test, as crucial details were either skimmed over or omitted altogether.

Moreover, the course touted itself as a comprehensive resource, promising to equip learners with the knowledge necessary for success. Regrettably, it became apparent that the information provided was far from sufficient. Mock tests, freely available on various platforms, seemed to offer more practical insights and better preparation for the actual exam.

As a consumer, I expected tangible value for the amount I paid, but unfortunately, the course fell short of meeting my expectations. I believe that improvements are urgently needed in the content quality to make it a worthwhile investment for future learners.

In conclusion, my experience with this online driving test course was disappointing and did not meet the standard of quality I anticipated for the price paid. I feel it is important to share my honest feedback on review forums to raise awareness about the limitations of this course and to encourage necessary improvements for the benefit of prospective buyers.

Course line has the best support service especially someone by the name Jack Harson

I bought several courses from Swansea Sixth Form College. They do not post recorded lessons, teachers are unqualified, Course content still not available. Will not refund under the consumer rights act and deducted 2 terms from refund despite cancelling within 14 days! Refund not received for 3 months after threatening court. WJEC have dropped them, others boards to follow. They are just after your money. Avoid Avoid AVOID!!

I brought a course from this company off reed. Im waiting to access the course however on the actual website ive found the course with a different title. And its more expensive on the actual courseline website. No idea what is going on. I rang the number twice the one the website has. But unfortunately it sends me to a person from italy and another person from egypt. So no idea what is going on here im really confused.

I was interested of some course on this website and I found all information what I needed, however to get this information I had to put some of my data (phone number and email). From this moment I started receive plenty of reminders and questions how is my experience with this website, asking for write review, describe if I am happy with service etc. I didn’t start any course yet and honestly, after all of this harassment from the website I am no longer interested of any course.
With all my responsibilities I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE AT ALL.

Well I enquired about CIMA and ACCA. I was made to understand that A course adviser will contact me. I was happy initially. However, as of the time of this review, no one has contacted me hence 2 star ratings.

Used this site as it showed a course I was interested in once I’d filled in my details the course I was interested in wasn’t there so a waste of time taking 10/15 minutes filling out all my information

I selected a course from PCW Courses Ltd and I received an appalling customer service. I registered my interest in one of their courses. After a while I get a call from them stating that I have received an email with the details, I told them I had no emails, and the lady proceeded to give me a condescending speech on why I should look at my emails.

They lack professionalism and the 101 knowledge on how to sell a course.

This experience has deterred me from taking any courses with them,

I thought this was somewhere where you could look at course options, turns out they just pick the course for you and get the people selling it to pester you.

Received the materials fairly quickly. However, the phone call to introduce explain how the course works etc., never came despite 3 attempts to get a call back. Very poor support from the start so cancelled the course as no help forthcoming and 1st assessment due!

The course providers were very quick to get back to me with my enquiry. I am sure that you can learn the basics of counselling here, however their qualification is not recognised by any government employers. Of course you can set up in pp but anyone can do that with a swimming badge. Approach with caution if you are looking for a recognised qualification.
