Webinar was informative
I found the webinar to be informative and the content provided was definitely valuable. The information covered was relevant, and the presentation was clear. However, there were a few issues that detracted from the overall experience.
First, the webinar ran over the allotted time, which while not necessarily a problem in itself, made it harder to stay engaged toward the end. More importantly, I experienced some technical difficulties accessing the webinar. The link in the first email I received didn’t work, so I had to go through several reminder emails to find one that actually led me to the session. This was frustrating, especially with the overwhelming number of emails sent leading up to the event. The constant barrage of emails felt excessive and added to the overall stress of trying to access the event.
