I needed to rid my loft of poorly installed open foam insulation. I got surveys done by a number of firms but chose Countrywide Roofing & Insulation Ltd, because their surveyor, seemed the most thorough, and although they were not the cheapest I felt more confident. I'm glad I chose well. People make a company good or bad. Everyone I spoke with at the firm made me feel confident and the team of four who turned up to do the job, who Trustpilot sadly advise, I should not name, were all very friendly, informative, hard working, efficient and professional. Also, a special mention to the two workmen we had Ricky and Luke.
They were both polite and the cleanest workmen we have encountered:- vacuumed the house leaving it spotless at the end of each day and most importantly turning up when they said they would. They worked nonstop to get the task completed and for that we are extremely grateful.

COUNTRYWIDE roofing were very efficient. They quoted and did not push. When we decided to proceed they were very prompt and kept in touch as promised.
On the day the team arrived on time and worked hard. They were brilliant and did an excellent job and tidied ip after.

3 lovely young men travelled from the Liverpool area to Newcastle upon Tyne to remove from insulation from our loft, they were very hard working and never stopped, ( not even for a cuppa ). On completion of the job they cleaned up and hoovered our carpet! Would recommend them again, thanks lads brilliant job

Ash the senior Estimator came and inspected my loft thoroughly and explained everything to me, and didn’t try-to push me into making a decision, he gave me a quote which wasn’t the cheapest I had been given.Ash reassured me the work would be to a high standard. Sean, Mike and Vinnie came yesterday & completed today. They explained what they were doing and showed me photos of before and after. They cleaned up and left everything clean & tidy. Very pleased with the end result. Would recommend Countrywide.

Roofing works second to none. We cannot sing the praises highly enough for the professional way in which they addressed our roofing issues. We had a foam installation (never use again), buyer be ware!) issue which needed to be removed of which the whole roof (tiles) needed to be removed.
The speed at which these guys work is immense but very diligent in their approach. From start to finish (including erection & removal of scaffolding) was 7 days.
From point of introduction to completion, the whole team couldn’t do enough for us, customer service excellent. Clearly experts in their field and would have no reservation in recommending them for all your roofing works.

Removed our spray foam insulation on a property we’d just acquired in 3 days. 3 very polite lads doing the work, left the house as they found it. No fuss, minimum disruption. Came when they said they would and finished when they said they would.
