I broke my phone AND lost access to my email. Somehow Leah sorted it all out to verify the app on my new phone, without making it hard work for me, but still ensuring obvious safety checks were ticked , to make sure it wasn't fraud. Very quick response time, and direct email contact, without having to argue with a bot first.

I had a small amount come into my bank and i had several questions asked of me and business which was too much for a new business starting up regardless of this money laundering checks that banks have to adhere too. it was a joke
