I am not very tall, so I am delighted you have some 25 inch trousers at last. It was getting expensive having the 27 shortened. Please consider pieces for the ladies who are not as tall, slim or as young as models.

Order arrived well packaged and quicker than expected via evri. Very good quality clothing, hard wearing and items wash well. I have ordered from here last year and again now and will continue too. Prices are good and clothing is worth the money. Comfortable jumpers and lovely styles and colours to suit all. Perfect for autumn and winter. Highly recommended, thank you.

Clothes sizing is a little on the small side
Clothes sizing is a little on the small side: fleece lined joggers and poloneck/rollneck tops. The tops were sized 18-20 and I am an 18 but they are a little tight but may loosen up with wear once winter comes.
Despite the code being applied I did not receive the free gifts of tote bag and umbrella.

I have returned an item as I was unhappy with the quality and cut of the trousers, I was charged delivery and return postage for the product which I believe to be totally unnecessary, I think returned goods should be free .

I have been a customer for over 20 years always been pleased with the quality of clothes however this year the sizes are not as standard as usual some are far larger & others smaller than previous years which makes ordering a bit of a lottery not customer friendly
