My honest review for the order I placed
I am satisfied with the elasticated waist trousers received, for their material quality and colour, and would have given a full 5-star review for the order consisting of two items, only if both items were correctly delivered. On this occasion, only one item was delivered correctly, the other item delivered was NOT the item I ordered. I received the correct replacement 6 days after the incorrect item was returned to Cotton Traders at Nottingham, NG15 0DR.

Great coat to take me into the winter
I chose the purple just to bring some brightness when the days start getting shorter. Love the fact this coat is also waterproof so perfect for unpredictable Autumn weather. The size 12 is the right fit.

This hot air balloon style wind chime caught our eye. We wanted a couple of gifts for family, but needed to see it in the flesh. We absolutely loved it so immediately ordered a couple more within a week or so. I thought that we might qualify for the the grey backpack, so I emailed CT. But this was rejected, hence the review lost a star. Disappointed

The order was delivered to my old…
The order was delivered to my old address, a place I haven't lived in for six years. Customer services were useless, suggesting I go looking for the parcel and that I hadn't updated my details. As I pointed out, I have bought other things from them and had them delivered to my current address. In addition it isn't my responsibility to go chasing after a lost parcel. They refused to budge saying the only thing they could go, is write to my old address and see if the people living there would send the parcel back. Needless to say, I will not be using Cotton Traders again and I am considering complaining to Trading Standards.

On looking into our records, I can see that a letter has been sent to the occupants of this address to ask if they can kindly return the parcel back to us. Once the parcel has been returned you will be issued with a refund. To prevent this from happening again in the future we kindly ask if you can log into your account and change the default address to the correct address. We do ask all our customers to check that the details on the order are correct before placing the order as we are unable to amend any details once the order has been placed.

Bought blue cotton pyjamas
Bought blue cotton pyjamas, finally found a pair that are all cotton, fit well but not too tight, a bit long but then I am only 5ft and wash lovely. Added bonus of having mix and match sets(2pairs in pkt) that actually give you a choice of 4 different sets of pyjamas. Love these as they look like a pair of trousers with a t shirt, perfect for wearing around house all day if you want to.

Mixed feelings
Whilst I am happy with Cotton Traders service,I am not happy that you keep using Evri for your deliveries.
The last two deliveries were left outside in an unsafe place because the driver obviously could not be bothered walking round to the door where there was a bell to get access to the stairs for my flat. I was in!!!
Only when I saw a picture of the parcel lying out in the communal area at the back did I realise it had been dropped off. I then had to go downstairs to find it.
It’s not good enough, I’m an old aged pensioner and still mobile, what if it was a disabled customer?
Makes me think it’s not safe to order from you again.

Although the courier is not required to obtain a signature when delivering the parcel, they are required to ensure the safe delivery of the parcel. I have therefore contacted our couriers service and asked them to investigate this further with the courier to prevent this from happening again in the future. In the meantime, I have issued you with a refund to cover the delivery charge and this will show back in your original payment method within the next 3-5 working days.

Totally wrong size and it cost me £6 plus to have delivered and sent back. Refund was very slow coming. Be aware this company charges you just for looking at a product!!!
