The Cotswold Port Co Omdömen

Ordered a bottle of Port which arrived promptly and very well packaged. Personalised as requested.
Needed to contact the company who were quick and helpful in their response.
Would certainly use them again.

Great service
Great range of Ports that seem to be priced well

I can’t recommend the gift wrapping as it turned up and the wrapping paper was ripped - presumably during delivery and it was brands wrapping paper - which gives away the contents!

Not a complaint, just feedback

Company responded efficiently, delivered as promised in time with the goods securely wrapped and protected. No fuss, no bother...

A good selection of Port plus my purchases arrived swiftly
Many thanks

First time order. Site was easy to navigate and pay. Competitive pricing and range of products. Bottles were securely packaged and arrived less than 24 hours later. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend this family run small business.

I ordered a Taylors Historic Globe edition port earlier in the year as a birthday gift then, this past week, a Kopke 10 YO Tawny in a very attractive decanter as a Christmas present for the same lucky person! Plus a bottle of the same as a taster to save the decanter - for a while!
Delivery was arranged to fit in with when I would be home else it would have been next day despite opting for the standard option! The packaging was really robust, DPD did a great job too!
I would thoroughly recommend Cotswold Port and will keep an eye out for email product news, cheers!

Prompt dispatch and a lovely drop. Will definitely purchase from you again.

Every order has been fulfilled promptly and successfully. Not much room for improvement!

Ordered a bottle as a present cant believe how quickly it came extremely well packaged and in mint condition. Faultless.

My order arrived in good time. Unfortunately one item arrived with some damage to it.
I reported this to the company who swiftly arranged for a replacement to be sent out.
Very good customer service.

Great service. It turned quickly and accurately.

I placed my first order of 7 bottles with the Cotswold Port Co. on Wednesday and received my order on Thursday. Great service. However, one bottle was damaged. A quick telephone call and an email back to the company prompted a rapid reply, apology and an offer of a replacement. Things can go wrong when buying goods and it is how the business deals with the issue that counts. The Cotswold Port Co. provided an excellent service and I will be ordering from them again.

I was delighted to find that the 1999 port was available as this was becoming increasingly difficult to find. Ordering was straightforward, delivery was extremely prompt and the bottle arrived in perfect condition. This is a gift which I know that the recipient will appreciate.
Great service all round & I will be returning in the future.

Great product, shipped quickly and efficiently. Very happy.

Amazing range, my go-to for the best quality vintage Port

"The Tops" from placing my order to delivery. Excellent product, price and service. Very helpful customer service when answering my question on the telephone and by email.
This company is now in my address book for future orders.

First time user, had a little difficulty with the website but customer services were fabulous and then able to find what I needed, get it ordered and arrived quickly, safely and well package for protection of the product, very pleased, highly recommend.
