Great company to deal…
Great company to deal with, communication and attention to service is second to none. The bottle I purchased was a gift for my dad and unfortunately the presentation box was damaged upon arrival, but this was most likely due to the courier. All in all,I will buy from Cotswold Port Co again and have recommended them to my friends and family.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review. I’m really pleased the bottle made a good gift for your dad and that our communication and customer service stood out during the order.
I’m sorry the presentation box arrived damaged, even though it sounds like the bottle itself was safe. We do our best to package everything securely, but occasionally couriers can be a little less gentle than we’d like. If you could kindly email your order details over to us we can arrange a replacement box.
Your recommendation to friends and family means a lot to us, and we’d be delighted to help again the next time you’re looking for a special bottle.

Excellent customer service and a fantastic selection of Ports offered at reasonable prices. I wouldn't suggest opting for the gift wrapping service, as mine arrived torn, likely due to the delivery process, revealing the branded paper and hinting at what was inside. This is not a criticism, just a bit of constructive feedback.

A splendid company for port drinkers
I came across this company while searching Warre's port and ended up placing an order for six bottles ( none of which were Warre's as it turned out... ordering was very straightforward and the port arrived by next day delivery in very robust packaging. I'm sure I could buy some of the port's cheaper at the local supermarket but I'm happy with the price and I couldn't find this range at any supermarket near me, so yes I will be ordering all my port from the Cotswold port company from now on, I'm already thinking of my next order! Cheers.
