Cotswold Hipster Omdömen

Excellent service - I was called about my order within hours of pressing ‘buy’ to check personalisation details, which is a great reassurance when ordering something online! Item came beautifully packaged and arrived within days. Excellent communication and super organised.

Easily the best on-line shopping experience I’ve ever had.
Received order confirmation, order documentation and shipping confirmation all within 2hrs of placing the order. Item arrived the next day.
Product quality is fantastic.
Would highly recommend Cotswold Hipster and will definitely be ordering more from them.

Fast delivery.
Very high quality bag

Very helpful and prompt delivery. Also the item I purchased was better than I expected!

I thought the amount and tone of communication was excellent, meaning that I knew exactly where my order was at all times i.e. in packing, distribution etc.

When the parcel arrived I loved the tissue paper and excellent hipster sticky label. You have a strong brand with a clear message and I absolutely love my apron which is now keeping me clean whilst I design and make Cornish sea glass jewellery.

The bags came incredibly quickly. The quality is fantastic - I love both bags that we ordered. They are spacious, well made and are comfortable to wear. I highly recommend them. The camera bag fits my slr in it securely and has enough room for my lenses and tripod, it also has a pouch for all my small accessories.

Fantastic item, really good quality beautifully wrapped. Item arrived within two days. Very impressed.

Amazing service from the moment i ordered, I was able to check the order was received correctly as it was a personalised apron.

Fantastic bag looks great and works just as good love that it can be used for more than just carrying a camera

Great service and product quality. Really good online shopping experience. I recommend this company for stylish and good quality products. Customer service excellent.

From the designs to craftsmanship and customer service too, all 110%.
Would highly recommend.

I do a lot of online shopping and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had! I had the bag personalised and this was done super quick, the communication was great and I got the bag really quickly. Overall great company!
The Cheltenham Messenger Bag I ordered was also exactly as I hoped for in terms of quality and style.

I purchased a Donnington Leather Slingshot Cross Body Bag. Absolute quality and completely functional. I purchased it predominantly for putting bits and pieces in when walking my Dog. However, I will also be using it when out and about. The bag arrived in a few days, even during the pandemic, was tastefully packaged and I was kept up-to-date throughout. This has been my second purchase from C H (Burford Packpack, also very, very good), quality products from a very good company who genuinely care about their products and service.

Great Product, slight delay in delivery.

Really easy to follow website.Ordering Item was straight forward and will be returning at some point for further purchases.

I absolutely love my new apron. Great quality and fantastic design !!

Brilliant service. Excellent communication. Highly recommended.

Faultless...kept up to date on a really quick delivery, beautifully packaged
