We were looking for a new carpet for our stairs and landing, and Cosy Carpets provided an excellent service from start to finish. They visited our home at the agreed date and time with a wide selection of samples, making it easy to choose what we wanted. I later decided to change the colour, so we visited the store, and this was handled with no issues at all.

The carpet we chose was in stock and fitted just a few days later. The installation was completed on time and to a high standard, and the finished result looks great. We were very satisfied with the whole experience, and because the process was so straightforward, we are now considering using Cosy Carpets for the rest of the house.

From the quote to the fitting the service and the workmanship was fantastic. We had LVT in our kitchen last year and decided to have the same for the lounge. We are so pleased with the result. It was a pleasure to deal with this company and its staff.

The Two chaps done an excelent job. They was on time, tidied up, moved the appliances. It was a difficault job removing the old tiles of the kitchen floor, but they did not complain just got on and done the job. Can not thank them enough. Great staff in the North Walsham store too. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady who very helpfully explained the differences between the carpets held in stock. The fitter was one we had previously to do the stairs. We are extreamly sattisfied,and will soon be back to purchase a new lounge carpet
