Avoid this company, as others have said, their customer service and the way in which they respond to customers requires a lot more work. They are not open to constructive criticism and are very defensive and immature in the way that they handle things. I repeatedly asked that I was removed from their mailing list and I had made it clear I did not want to order from them again. I was told that I could stop their emails from my end. Why should I? I did not ask for the emails. Now I am receiving text messages from them with their 'latest offer'. I am not interested. What part of 'no' do they not understand? The products are ok but the way the business is ran is not. Fair enough at the start, but after 6 years of being established you would have thought that they could have/should have brushed up on their approach to customers. Seems like dealing with customer complaints is not matched up to their skill set.

Got the baby powder diffuser oil. Omg is amazing and the smell lingers for ages. Had oils before but never had the smell staying through the house for so long. Def going to try other scents.

I've just received my second order from Cosy Aromas and the scents are really beautiful and give a great throw of scent. Being able to buy 20g sample size is a first from any company I've bought wax melts from and it's perfect to establish which melt you love before buying a bigger bar. I have already recommended this company to family and friends.

Great smelling oils very fast delivery

I received these melts a few days ago and it's the first time I've ordered from Cosy Aromas but I have to say I'm impressed with the melts that I've used so far. The smells correspond really well to their description and I've even passed some onto my sister-in-law who just like me is impressed, so far so good. The aroma lasts all day & sometimes the following day depends on the strength of the scent some are stronger than others.

Very good layout of the website & everything is easy to find it feel warm and welcoming, I like how you can get 2 sizes of the wax melts so if your not sure or want to try something you haven’t before you can, they came pretty fast I haven’t tried them yet as trying to get rid of the ones I already have first but the packaging is stunning, the melts are stunning and comes with a sticker book with a code which is a lovely touch, just by smelling the wax melts I am really looking forward to trying them.

I used to be a big fan of Cosy Aromas but it feels that since their rebrand the quality has fallen off and the prices have shot up. I'm admittedly a wax melt addict and the thing that made Cosy Aromas products stand out was the throw and the longevity. However, this is now missing. I'm not sure if part of the issue is the hole that's now in the packaging, exposing the melts to the air and degrading them more quickly. Personally, I'm not a fan of packaging in this way. I realise it's more environmentally friendly, but I would prefer a product that's well packaged. Whether this is the reason or not, the melts aren't what they used to be. The strength isn't as impressive and they don't seem to last as long. I have, admittedly, found brands I prefer since first using Cosy Aroma melts, there are a number that provide better value for money and better throw and longevity, such as Sass & Wax, Lovely Melts, Sassy Scents so it could be that these aren't seeming to perform as well by comparison. However, I do remember being impressed by Cosy Aromas when I used to get them. To me, it feels like it's a business-drive now more than making a quality product. There's a lot of quantity, and it's interesting to note they have another company WaxKind doing exactly the same thing (in the same sort of packaging) but putting an eco spin on it. It just feels like they're churning out products and the focus is more on quantity than quality. No doubt they'd say their formulas haven't changed but, for whatever reason, the scents aren't as impressive as they were, and I won't be purchasing from them again as the quality just isn't there.

Not as strong as I was expecting or would have liked. Can only smell melts wen I'm up close to the burner. X

Was a customer and a vip for a few years all was good was happy with the products. But the past year I have had some issues regarding my brain, which resulted in a brain injury and I kept on forgetting to move money to my bank for vip subscription. And because I am classed as vulnerable my bank keeps a close eye on my bank, and refused the payment a few times so I phoned the bank and told them I was making the payment, so I contacted cosy saying there was a problem with my payment. Got a really nasty email back saying I have missed a payment over 6 times over 3 years was really shocked and hurt as did not want to have to explain my health issues with them. Will never buy from them again, for jumping to conclusions 😖😖

this is my first time trying these melts and i have to say they are excellent, fast delivery as well . I will be back for more soon

Returning to cosy after a year and I thought something had changed, unfortunately it's still the same -the only thing I can smell is the smell of wax, nothing else. Two or three years ago your wax melts were absolutely amazing now I don't know what happened,and it's not only my opinion unfortunately 🤷🤦All the best to u but that was my last order.

Oh I ordered Baccarat and it is just the same as the unisex perfume. Rich and vibrant

Very excited to receive my first mystery box to try the products. I was certainly not disappointed. I went for the clearance mustery box and it was really value for money, giving me a good idea of what Cosy has to offer. I will definitely make Cosy my go to home fragrance company. Love following their YouTube blogs too!

Smell really nice would buy again

The company treats you like family they are very friendly and the customer service is second to none

The products are great, makes my flat smell really nice. Even when I get up the following day I can still smell whatever I’ve melt the night before.

I absolutely love your wax melts, I have yet to get one I don't like. I live in the republic of Ireland and will not be ordering from your website again as the postage and extra vat makes them very expensive, I have bought some in a store in Northern Ireland and will wait until I return to Northern Ireland again to restock. Thank you for your wonderful service and I know the postage and vat are totally out of your hands

Well what can I not say is the question 😁 The scents are amazing and not overpowering so you can melt these for long periods of time. Delivery fast fast and customer communication was spot on the whole time keeping me updated dispatch and delivery
