Gorgeous wax melts that are well packaged and delivered within a couple of days of ordering. What more could you want? Absolutely flawless all round and I'm sure I will become a regular customer. Only downside is I don't know which melt to try next because it's so hard to pick as they are all so fab.

Received my wax melts yesterday and am so happy, wonderful choice and just relit my first one, beautiful.

Walked into a friends house last week, and thought her son had been in there with the most amazing aftershave on, that took me back to times gone by and fit young men... turns out it was True Gentleman wax melt.. Well, let me tell you, I was online quicker than you could say, "close your eyes, take a deep breath and take me back to the 80s"

Whilst I love the products i feel that the shipping is misleading. When you order there is an option of 24 hour tracked however read the section else where on the Web page because that actually means 6 days!! Whilst I accept i it say delivery is 1 to 3 days from dispatch and goods we dispatched on two but actually they mean 3 days for dispatch and then 3 days delivery which is not clear . I received an email from them saying it was dispatched on Tuesday which was 2 days after I ordered apparently as they say it can take 3 days or more for dispatch then I should not expect my products till day six despite their own email saying it was dispatched. First adviser never mentioned the need to count three days first before counting delivery times . When you ho to customer service they are dismissive and contradict each other. No matter how great the product I will not spend my money here any more

First started using cosy wax melts in December 2023, ordered a sample box delivery was within 2 days and the waxes were packed in a lovely box. They smelt beautiful and once I started melting them I've never looked back!! I've since signed up for the Deluxe vip monthly subscription box and had many orders in between. Love how they have 20 grams of waxes to try before you invest in the 100 gram waxes. Would definitely recommend this company they're also friendly and always on hand with advice

I love ordering from cosy aromas. They are a small family oriented brand but their wax melts are absolutely divine. I have ordered multiple times and am a vip member. And I'm never disappointed with my order. The whole team are wonderful and if I ever have an issue they are very quick to resolve it for me.

I've purchased twice as the Hirst purchases I found didn't give off the scent as much as I'd read so thinking I'd ordered less scented I went ahead and purched several more single melts to try,well it must be me as I don't really smell the odour

These melts are the best I've tried, they smell divine and really do last. I'll be buying more soon.

Love these melts they last a while I prefere the strong scented one some are quite mild scented but highly recommend
