I ordered a Cosmo backpack in October with shipment insurance for a 5 to 12 day delivery window. The bag never came. I contacted the company numerous times. It wasn't until I got another company involved to contact them that I got a response. I finally received a backpack from them in December which was the wrong color. This company is a scam unless you order through a third party reputable company. I did order direct from Cosmo store. My order number was 4548 on 10/14/25. I tried to reply directly to your response but it is blocked. I would upload a screenshot of the receipt if it were possible.

I placed an order for 2 bags on 10/15/2025. The tracking # never updated from that it was printed. Any email responses were apologies and that they were working on it. Now they have stopped responding.

Since placing my order on January 9, 2025, the status has remained "In Progress" and the order has never been shipped. Starting on January 19, 2025, I contacted customer support to report that the status had not changed, but I received no response. On January 23, 2025, I requested the cancellation of my order, and on January 28, 2025, I followed up with another request, this time also asking for a refund, still without any response.

I ordered men's fragrances from CosmoStore, and I’m really impressed! They have a great selection of top brands, and the prices are very competitive. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, was smooth and quick. My order arrived in perfect condition, and the fragrances are exactly as described. They’re just taking your money and that’s about it.
Made an order 2 months ago, giving the order over a month to arrive, since i was leaving the country afterwards. They kept sending me different tracking links and feeding me empty promises. Every request or communication attempt was ignored, all my emails were ignored for over several weeks.
Eventually, they said that i can get my refund only they try to deliver it, the attempt would fail and the order will come back to them (like what? i’ve never got this order and they kept telling me about some logistics issues which are not mine to deal with).
All in all, it’s been 2 months, communication is non existent as well as any attempts to return or resolve anything, i just want my money back.

I have been ordering cosmetics from CosmoStore for a long time and always have only positive emotions. Delivery does sometimes take time, but for the sake of such quality cosmetics, you can wait.
Ordered on January 17, 2024. Followed up on the order very closely as it was supposed to be a gift. Order never made it to the intended party. I even had to follow up with the chosen courier who said the order was returned to Cosmostore on January 30, 2024. Eriten Cosmostore multiple times. Last was February 7, 2024. Till date, I haven't heard where my refund was that they said they will do once they get their item back. It's almost 3 weeks (business days) since then and I'm still waiting. This is way to ridiculous.
I’m still waiting for my delivery!!! 3,5 weeks ! And still I didn’t receive it :( the longest delivery in my life … :(
Good store. I liked it because it's got loads of popular brands for make up. The price with a discount was awesome! I've ordered 5 Bobbi Brown items and the total price was ok for me. The shipping took some days.
The product price on the page is not the real price. They added some additional fee, handling fee and taxes. I didn’t get email when my products were sent. The first contact was from DHL. I chose the DHL shipping because it was like only 5$ more and included customs and home delivery. The package arrived ten days after I made the order.

Till now (Oct 6th) the order status is still "processed by manager", I haven't got the confirmation of payment (the amount more than 1,300 USD), and cannot rich the support (wrote more than 5 messages through email, telegram and instagram)
What's wrong with you, guys???
an excellent store for buying quality goods from famous brands and has a very large selection of disadvantages the package takes a long time but always arrives since I use it often I decided to write my review
