Awful service.
I initially went to the website to submit an inquiry regarding corporate rentals in Scottsdale and Phoenix area. I received an automated e-mail response that someone would be contacting me "shortly"; this was yesterday late afternoon and now it is the following late afternoon. I called the phone number indicated on the e-mail and was directed to a voice mail, which simply "beeped" without a message indicating that I should leave a message. I did leave a message, after being prompted that I didn't leave a message - very frustrating. I am a seasoned veteran in the multi-family housing industry, including on-site and as sales director for an on-line advertising medium for apartment rentals, so I am very aware of how important it is to respond to potential residents as quickly as possible when they inquire about a property. I am hoping that someone from some property will contact me soon.

I LOVE the Sterling this was my second …
I LOVE the Sterling this was my second stay in Clive, IA. But this time my tub had a black ring around it, the phone did not work, but, by tapping on the hang-up button I reached another room. The refrigerator and freezer were dirty, the kitchen facet moved around and the carpet was half clean. The bed looked clean. But i will stay again.

This is a classic “it,s not my job” . I contacted Corporate Housing, who sent my request to the supplier, I never heard from either entity on my specific request,. Very simple Corporate Housing was in charge of ,y request, they should of audited a response. They are the store front, it would be like buying a Barbie doll from Walmart that was missing its head, you deal with Walmart not Mattel. My review stands.
