I strongly recommend thinking twice before renting at Habersham Row. What appears to be a charming extension of the Habersham community was, in my experience, something very different.

I say this as someone with 15+ years of flawless rental history, excellent credit, consistent full deposit returns, and over a decade in professionally managed property environments—this was easily the most problematic experience I’ve had.

In my opinion, my experience with Habersham Row, Engage Management, and Salter Properties was defined by disorganization, lack of accountability, and ongoing frustration.

The unit condition, in my experience, was unacceptable: ongoing pest issues, heavy dust, broken appliances, damaged windows, and serious concerns around basic safety and access control—including situations that raised significant concerns for me about how entry access was being handled.

Quiet enjoyment, responsiveness, and professionalism were, in my experience, largely absent.

From my perspective, on-site management (Ryane) felt inconsistent and often unavailable unless higher-level staff were on site. Day-to-day issues I raised were frequently unresolved, delayed, or handled without clear follow-through. Communication was inconsistent and, at times, difficult to rely on.

Escalating concerns to the regional manager (Hannah Brigman) did not lead to meaningful resolution. Instead, the process felt drawn out, with repeated delays and limited accountability.

I experienced communication that felt persistent and, at times, aggressive, including repeated references to collections—even after I had fulfilled all valid charges under the law. Contact also continued after I requested it stop.

Overall, my experience felt characterized by pressure, confusion, and a lack of clear resolution.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to do thorough research. Publicly available reviews reflect a pattern of negative tenant concerns and experiences that are worth reviewing before making a decision, many strikingly similar to my own.

I am still owed funds yet additional charges that are disputed and fully invalid continue to be pushed. Based on my understanding, I have concerns about how these issues have been handled.

To be clear, the broader Habersham community is genuinely great. Unfortunately, this property, in my experience, did not reflect that standard.

Document everything and understand your rights—you may need to rely on both.

Bay plantation apartments 200 Rookery in Naples Florida,is Not what shows in The pictures to promote to for Rent. Very disappointed, I drove More then 3 hours and The apartment was Not What I Saw in The advertisement.it was a nightmare.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! There is always dog poop on the ground and in front of the apartment door and maintenance rarely picks up the dog poop; they expect the tenants to pick up poop of someone else's dog. The walls are very thin so you will hear lots of noise coming from the apartments next door to you. They also have people who come enter your apartment without your notice to check alarms in the apartment and they also have maintenance perform yard work in front of tenants' front door without notice. The staff, Essie and Paige are very rude after you have paid the rent for move-in; they do not acknowledge their tenants nor the apartment needs! They also try to charge you lots of money when you move out although the apartment is left looking the way it was when you moved in. Save yourself the trouble of living here, do not make a terrible mistake!

I have been a resident for two years now we have been through every bit of construction/flooding issues here.
As well as every new management change that’s happened. With the new management they changed parking regulations and we were told we would be grandfathered in and not have to pay the fee for parking. Today I woke up for work and my car was gone. They towed my car THIS a.m and are charging me $400 to get it back! I called the towing company and they said to ask the leasing manager to call them to get a leniency off since I LIVE HERE and my car is legally allowed to be on this property (never had any issues with my car with prior management) and they wouldn’t even call to do that for us. I had to drive all the way to downtown denver to retrieve my car!!
Also NEVER let maintenance in your home while you’re not there they used my kitchen pot to unclog my drain! I have camera footage of this as well! I called and complained to the office they didn’t do anything and tried to say they used it for hot water which is not true. They used it to unclog my sink! Absolutely disgusting and then proceeded to wash my pan and put it back on the counter LOL. Either way they shouldn’t be touching anything in my home. EVER.

We are living in 2024. Seriously. How can you make an app so bad, i went to see a friend of mine ( IT ingeener) we spend 3 hr on it, bit nothing, full of bug and dont recognise you despite your APPROVAL NUMBER)
Had to take a morning off at the office to go to my bank in order to pay may rent.
Do you find find this normal ??

They will not permit you to share your genuine, negative experience about an apartment complex or its paid advertisers. I had a terrible experience with Solomon Apartments in Austin, but "ForRent.com" refused to allow me to post any review unless it was positive.

the search filter is terrible. Ive given it a try several times and it doesnt filter a thing. Whats the point if you cant filter by area, price, amenities, or any other category. good luck searching 039482039482038947 different possible places that dont meet a single requirement.

The copy other properties and lower the rate. Most of the rentals are fake. My own rental info was copied and potential renters were scammed on their site.

New management is really making some great improvements.

I applied for a house listed on this site. Came to find out this house was not even for rent. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS SITE. I am reporting them to BBB, USCC, and Cyber Crimes divisions. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE

I own a home in Laguna Beach that is listed for rent on for rent.com. The home is NOT for rent. A couple came by enquiring today and showed me the online ad for the listing.

100% fraudulent listing.

They should be shut down.

Fridge stopped working on a Friday. I put in work order and called Saturday morning to see if anyone was coming by. Was told they only work on emergencies on the weekends and this does not qualify as one. Screw the fact that all the food I need for my kids will go bad but the meds that need to be kept refrigerated will go bad as well. How is this NOT an emergency? Rent is due this week and now I’ll have to find a way to buy more groceries and meds to top it off. Horrible horrible place.

BEWARE --- Very poor website for eliminating FRAUD postings. Listings are outdated. They also get listing feeds from RentLinx, but when a FRAUD posting is removed from RentLinx, it remains on ForRent. ALSO-- I have reported 8 different FRAUD properties via their online reporting mechanism...and 2 weeks later the FRAUD properties are still not deleted.
As a result, the website is flooded with FRAUD listings.

This website is very unreliable with regard to active house listings. Most listing are significantly outdated. That is, many of the listings are for properties that were already rented out or sold (and removed from MLS listings) weeks ago. So, when you contact the listed agents they either do not respond or tell you the house is not available anymore. One agent told me the listing I reached out about was taken off the market 1 month prior. She also told me that this website does not update its data as it should so she often gets contacted about properties that were taken off the market weeks prior.

Scammers! I see my rental house listed with these turkeys! I only have it listed on Craigslist for rent, and it shows up on their website! Watch out! Probably trying to scam potential renters out of a deposit.

Alta Vista apartments are very understanding workers thy help with anything you need help with. Very old maintenance.

Been living at these apartments since February and been having no issues. Property is clean and always see maintenance working around property. Management team is very helpful. Also have a school right across the street so helps one who has children going to elementary school.. just a few feet away from property highly recommended

New owners that aren't responsive to tenants and multiple have left. Construction noise and blocking of alley daily by building under construction behind us and Key Arena 2 blocks away. Homeless shelter leaves people crashing around the area when can't get into shelter across the street and security cameras don't appear to be working under new owners.

I have been residing at Lakeside V via Tonti New Orleans for a little over a year but have been a Tonti New Orleans (Golden Key) resident for four now and love the excellent staff, their professionalism and their inviting manner. The community I live in is clean, spacious, and safe to live in. If ever there is an issue in my apartment, their maintenance staff is there in an instant to resolve! I am always seeing a Security staff near by too, which secure my will to continue to reside and would recommend to others.
