Supporting cooks, bakers and tea makers. T.G.Green & Co. first produced Cornishware in 1923. The distinctive blue and white banded pottery owes its name to an employee who said it reminded them of the blue sky and white-crested waves of Cornwall. Today, Cornishware is a family run business based in the West Country employing over 30 people who have successfully brought production back to the UK from overseas.

A lovely set of chinaware
A lovely set of chinaware, made in cornwall what a joy. We had a very minor issue which was solved immediately, 10/10.
One important point though. Our order was very heavy and the box was not really strong enough, maybe 2 boxes would have been better? Will be ordering more.

Beautiful colours and shape and feels well crafted and comfortable in the hand. Also, big enough for my keen tea drinkers! We have a different colour for each family member. Love Cornishware.

Cornishware mugs are simply perfect
Cornishware mugs are simply perfect. Lightweight, the handle makes it easy to hold (for arthritic hands). So pretty!

I bought the 10oz mugs
I bought the 10oz mugs, and they are well made but look really small. I am used to half pint. Worried if I order a larger mug what it would be like and if I would be happy with it.

Sorry to see this review, we state the dimensions and the fluid ounces of the items in the descriptions on the website.
The mugs you ordered are 10oz which is the equivalent to half a pint when filled to the very brim.

Website very easy to navigate and although the items I wanted were out of stock , I was emailed directly they were back and was able to order accordingly. The items arrived packaged properly in perfect order. Still one to arrive but I am confident it will be with my daughter very soon. Many thanks.
