Coppenwall Estate Agents Rossendale Omdömen

Having had a property fall through when buying from another estate agents who were poor in every aspect, going through a sale with Coppenwall has been nothing but brilliant. They have been informative the whole process, were available to do viewings after 5pm and at weekends which was really helpful. Mia in particular for us was a star and really pushed everything over the line when we needed it to be complete fast. High recommendations from our family, thank you Team Coppenwall!

Emma and team have been outstanding and extremely professional and helpful in resolving our issues as landlords with a dubious tenant.
Their knowledge and advise in the area of letting is the best I have ever experienced as a landlord in 20 years.
I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I have recently began a tenancy under Coppenwall management. From start to present has been refreshingly surprising experience.
When I first enquired and explained my situation about being evicted due to the house being sold, they were understanding, helpful and nonjudgmental. From there I asked for a viewing asap if possible and luckily I was able to view the very next day. From there the application process was made easy by with the team’s help. It was explained overall final decision is down to the landlord discretion, which seems to be general thing throughout these days. I asked for my circumstances to be put forward to the landlord, which the team was happy to do. Once we were accepted and it came to signing paperwork l, I had a few question which we’re happily/politely answered almost immediately. Even though some of the questions were probably daft and self explanatory.
My surprise comes from how they do things, there is a high standard expected from landlords too. I was shocked to learn the keys will be given once the property had been cleaned throughout. I have never had that I usually have to spend a day or two scrubbing my heart out.
I would recommend them 100% from my experience with friendly approachable staff to how efficient they work between tenant and landlord relationship. It is very refreshing.

Mia was lovely and so helpful, the responses from Mia were so fast and professional, We had Anne attend the property to show us around, from start to finish Anne answered all our questions and was so lovely! We have had such a lovely experience so far with coppenwall estate agents! Highly recommend!

10 out of 10 for these Estate Agents, I would recommend them to anyone selling their house.
An excellent, professional, courteous and helpful team.
I was kept up to date every step of the way and their weekly updates by text and e mail was wonderful.
No question or task was to onerous for them and they would always follow up on everything.

Well done to Sebastian, Mia, Emma and Jack.
An excellent team providing an excellent service.

All the staff at Coppenwall have been amazing. They have kept in touch throughout the process and are always available on the phone or via email or message.

Everyone was supportive when my buyer pulled out and we had to get the house back on the market.

Fantastic team, would highly recommend

As a non-resident landlord, I charged Team Coppenwall to handle the Sale of my property.

The Marketing was on point !!

Emma was very instrumental in handling lawn and hedges care, Council Tax, Utility bill and settling bills and closing accounts of same, which I MUST say is EXTRAORDINAY SERVICE.

Real Estate Investors especially non-resident ones,

Coppenwall rawtenstall come highly recommended by us, Lovely Staff, Emma Seb and Mia. kept us informed throughout, and with progress updates every single week,

i have been involved with property for many years and never met a more committed estate agent. I felt that I mattered personally and even when things were tough they were fully involved ever giving up . Best agent ever

From the first moment I spoke to them Coppenwall have been nothing short of fantastic.
If you choose Coppenwall you will not be disappointed. Quick accurate valuation. No hard sales pitch or upvaluing to get you to choose them. Just honest, helpful efficent service.
We choose them over other local agents as we felt instantly comfortable with them and really appreciated there transparency and professionalism.
Seb who valued our property and was our main point of contact was amazing. He was knowledgable about the area, had clearly done his research and already knew so much about the house and street. He kept in contact, answering my many questions quickly. Photos and the listing was arranged quickly but we never felt rushed.
They then managed all our viewings, and achieved a sale on our house within 2 weeks of it being listed.
Its now all with the solicitors less than 6 weeks from when we first signed out contract.

5*

Great service and excellent communication.

Sebastian was a lovely mild mannered man and was transparent in every way.

Highly recommended

Recently purchased a property which was listed with Coppenwall, must say it was very hassle free throughout the whole process, was very accommodating around booking viewings etc, kept me well informed through the whole process from first viewing up till completion, and Mia was very helpful any time I contacted them with any queries, would highly recommend and would most definitely purchase or maybe one day put a house on the market with Coppenwall in the future.

Quick and reliable! My house went up for sale in August and completed in April. Extremely helpful staff and would definitely use them again

Coppenwall was great to use for this property as it was very fairly priced & with the limited time scale we was on, we managed to get it over the line with great communication with Mia.
Thank you again for the good experience.
