Coppenwall Estate Agents Rossendale Omdömen

Coppenwall and especially Jen have been amazing. They have helped answer any questions I had, big or small, really quickly. Everything is so quick and easy with them. I would recommend to anyone!

Exceptional client facilitation (thank you )

Millie and Anne were exceptional from start to finish. They arranged same-day viewings, tailored to my budget, and helped me secure the right property quickly. Having worked with other agents recently many of whom were unwilling to accommodate flexible viewings I can confidently say Millie and Anne stood out. If I ever sell in the future, I would only choose them again!

I had a great experience with Coppenwall Estate Agents when selling my house. The team kept me updated regularly and always made sure I knew what was happening at each stage of the sale.
They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me. Their pricing was fair and competitive, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property.

Very helpful, great team, fantastic communication, would highly recommend

During our house searching experience I can honestly say we didn’t come across an estate agent as professional and knowledgeable as Leon! He was so helpful and made our house viewing experience genuinely enjoyable and comfortable. Thankyou to Leon and the team at coppenwall for your help!

I’ve just sold my home through Coppenwall and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We invited several estate agents to value our property, but from the very beginning Coppenwall stood out as the best fit for us.

Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way. Our property sold quickly, and having access to the online dashboard made it so easy to keep track of the sale progression, updates and everything that was happening behind the scenes.

The whole team were friendly, approachable and always happy to help—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Selling a home can be stressful, but Coppenwall made the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible.

A well-deserved five stars from me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Coppenwall to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Very helpful, polite and professional team at Coppenwall, they made things easier for everyone involved.

Friendly, polite and efficient, kept us informed as to what was going on, very impressed

We recently sold our house through Coppenwall Estate Agents, and overall it was a mixed experience.

Firstly, I can’t praise Anne enough. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Her valuation was spot on, whereas other estate agents undervalued our property by around £20,000. Thanks to Anne’s expertise, we received an offer very close to the asking price she recommended. She also conducted every viewing professionally, always arriving on time and staying until the viewers had left the property. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and a real credit to the company.

Duane also deserves a mention. He took excellent professional photographs of our home and was friendly, approachable, and very helpful throughout.

Unfortunately, the rest of our experience wasn’t as positive. Our completion was initially delayed because we were part of a chain, which was completely outside of our control. To help move things along, we even made the decision to move in with family so that we could break the chain and speed up the process. Despite this, we continued to receive repeated text messages pushing us to complete, even though the remaining delays were down to the legal process and our solicitor. The constant pressure felt unnecessary and added stress to an already difficult situation. Eventually, I had to tell Leon that the solicitor would deal with the completion date.

I also felt that some members of the team lacked professionalism and basic customer service skills. The text messages often came across as unprofessional, and at times it seemed that the situation wasn’t being handled with the understanding or communication you would expect during such an important process.

If my review was based solely on Anne and Duane, I would happily give five stars. They were both outstanding and a real credit to Coppenwall. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by the communication and professionalism of other members of the team.

From the 1st we contacted Coppenwall regarding the sale of a property, we immediately felt positive.
The valuation, photos and viewings were all done at a time convenient for everyone.
A couple of days after the property going live, an offer had been put in and we accepted . We were kept updated on every step of the way.We would highly recommend Coppenwall. Outstanding customer service from valuation to completion ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been using Coppenwall Estate Agents as a landlord for several years and have always received excellent service. Their team is professional, responsive, and makes the letting process straightforward and stress-free.

A special mention to Jen, who recently handled the letting of my property. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process.

After using several estates agents I have found Coppenwall very professional, attentive, great Custer care and the attention to detail is very good. Being kept up to date every step of the way and could not have asked for anything more from them to help me sell my property

Thanks to the team it has made the process extremely stress free

Thank you

Excellent service from Leon and the other staff at Coppenwall. Very attentive and easy to get hold of. If you’re looking to sell your home you’re in safe hands.

Great service so easy and convenient way to communicate through text there so fast and there every day for all enquiries and bookings.

Great experience with the Coppenwall Team, from the people who showed us around to the office staff, they were consistently helpful, professional and friendly. The communication and service was superb. Highly recommended. Thank you all so much, Tim & Yas

The estate agent who showed us around was excellent, professional and very knowledgeable about the house and the area. She allowed us time to throughly explore the house and its possibilities for us.

Very pleased with the team , Millie and Leon have been very helpful and professional and have kept us updated with our sale thanks

We had a valuation on our home and I am very pleased with the service we received. We were very quickly contacted about an appointment and were kept up to date. On arrival Leon was very professional and had researched our property and similar properties before the valuation. The paperwork was very speedy as well. Would recommend.

I have just booked a viewing with Millie who was very helpful and put me at ease. I haven’t been to view yet but so far no complaints ! Watch this space 😊

Millie was superb could t do enough for us , house was very nice however pictures definitely made house and land appear much differently than actually was , no pictures of other building that was so close and and no mention of shared parking and driveway
