Coppenwall Estate Agents Rossendale Omdömen

A great team and the service was faultless. The house was valued, photos taken, marketed, and then sold in just over a week!

Fantastic service, amazing team. Would highly recommend.

Our first meeting was with Leon, who evaluated our flat. Leon was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Once we accepted Coppenwall as our agent, our photos were taken promptly by Duane, and our ad was up within a few hours. The photos taken were a really beautiful representation of our flat, as well as the outside space and overall building.

Our property was added as a premium listing as well, without any prompt from ourselves (a lovely extra touch).

The dashboard has been really helpful for us as we can check the progress and how many views our property has had.

Duane handled our viewing, which took the stress off of us. The viewing went well, and we were able to accept an offer!

Our experience so far with Coppenwall has been friendly, informative and efficient. We have not had to chase for information or updates, and the whole team have been great! Really proud to have been the first Burnley property represented by Coppenwall!

All queries were dealt with immediately, no having to chase people.
Knowledgeable & very helpful staff.
Suggestions to improve the house that added a lot of money to the value prior to putting on the market.
Would recommend no hesitation & have already done so to several people.

Coppenwall were excellent, the most professional home purchase support I've ever experienced. Really inspired confidence, and extremely knowledgeable. I really felt safe in their hands.

Thank you to Mia, Jen and all at Team Coppenwall. Yet again you have given 5 star service for letting my property. Your knowledge, expertise and guidance have been much appreciated in this changing landscape for landlords. Best wishes to you all for a happy, healthy and prosperous 2026. Carolyn

Five star service again from the team with a special shout out to Mia. I have sold two properties through Coppenwall and they are my go to agent, honest, accurate, reliable and I feel by far the best agent in the area! I’m sure I will be in touch in the near future for the next sale.

Thanks

Have been using Coppenwall for many years since there inception on a number of properties. Always excellent service buying or selling, very responsive, very polite and professional and guide you what can be a complicated process.

Anne came to our property to give us a valuation and we found her to be a very cheerful lady and extremely professional, she explained everything fully and answered all our questions. I would recommend her to anyone requesting a valuation from Coppenwall.

Coppenwalls are efficient and communicative. As a manager of our flat we rent out, they pass on information to us and the tenant swiftly. Their fees are competitive and they are a friendly company. Having used a different management agency previously which was truely hopeless, I am happy we found Coppenwalls. We have used them for a few years now and I have no complaints.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, who have been very helpful with my buying and selling of properties. Thank you

As someone who is renting a flat managed by them I have all ways for their quick response positive.

Excellent Service from Both Sides of the Property World

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Coppenwall Estate Agents both as a buyer and as a landlord, and they’ve been consistently impressive on every front.

As a buyer, the whole process felt smooth and well-supported. The team were proactive with updates, quick to answer questions, and genuinely helpful rather than pushy. They kept things moving and made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel straightforward. It was clear they knew the local market inside out, and that gave me a lot of confidence through the purchase.

On the other side, I now use Coppenwall to manage my rental property, and the service continues to be spot on. They’re responsive, organised, and take all the hassle out of being a landlord. Tenant issues are dealt with quickly, communication is clear, and they’re great at keeping me in the loop without dumping problems on me. Knowing the property is in safe hands has been a massive relief.

Overall, Coppenwall have been reliable, professional, and genuinely easy to work with from both perspectives. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

For all 3 properties these guys sold for me they have been highly professional with excellent communication throughout. It was a pleasure to work with them. Thank you to the entire team - Seb

As a relatively new landlord I cannot express how helpful and easy to use Coppenwall have been as letting agents. They deal with any situation promptly and effectively. I highly recommend Coppenwall for anyone wishing to use a letting agent.

Really good support to date. Leon and Millie are always friendly, polite and professional. Thank You.

Fantastic experience. We are just about to complete on the sale of my dad’s house and it was a smooth process. Leon has been great in keeping us informed every step of the way and it sold very quickly…within a couple of weeks. It had languished a very long time on the books of another estate agent. Wished we had switched sooner.

Although we haven't sold yet Millie and the team has been great to work with and Millies communication has been excellent, updating me ASAP ! Thankyou !

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mia from Coppenwall Estate Agents while purchasing a property. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and efficient. Mia was extremely proactive, keeping me updated on the progress without me needing to chase for information. I really appreciated how responsive she was and how well she managed every aspect of the transaction. Highly recommend Mia and the Coppenwall team!

We made an appointment for a viewing today with Millie. She contacted us straight away when we enquired about a property and also made the appointment at a time of our choosing. Very efficient and professional
