Coppenwall Estate Agents Rossendale Omdömen

Had an excellent experience with coppenwall on getting my first house, answered any questions I needed to know clearly and in full, any problems that happened they was on it straight away and was always keeping me updated.I would highly recommend coppenwall estate agents to anyone who wants a smooth service.

Coppenwall in general and Mia specifically have been great while selling our home. Professional, encouraging, and clear communication. It was a long journey, but they were great every step of the way. Recommended.

Easy to communicate and great response time. Millie is always helpful and responsive.

We sold our house in Rossendale through Coppenwall. When we were considering dropping the asking price, they persuaded us that it was at the right level, and were persistent in ultimately finding us a buyer at that price too. Since then, the sale has been than I could have imagined, managed really well their side.

Thanks a lot to Coppenwall :)

I am currently supporting Millie to complete her apprenticeship programme. Over the past 5 months, Millie has been very diligent and continues to develop and learn. She has been confident enough to gather feedback from others and strives to do the right thing all of the time. It's been a pleasure to work with Millie and I hope she continues down this path to a long and successful career with Coppenwall.

Millie has been amazing! She’s answered any questions we have had (which has been a lot) and communicated with us every step of the way! I would definitely recommend.

My experience with the Coppenwall team was much better and more professional that other companies.
My property sold within 2 days of them listing it.
They were supportive throughout all the process.

Being the first time I had to deal with selling a property on my own after my husband passing away and being quite overwhelmed with it all team coppenwall were compassionate and extremely helpful going beyond what they needed to do . My property was put on the market and was sold within days . Coppenwall did the viewings and once there was an offer on my house Mia was the contact who kept me updated daily . Would highly recommended . A very professional, caring company . Merry Christmas and Happy New Year xxx

Made an enquiry about properties for sale in the Rossendale area. Spoke with Mia who was extremely helpful polite and knowledgeable about the area. I am looking for a location with a good secondary school and I was given lots of valuable information. Very helpful and went over and above to help. Thank you would recommend your services to friends.

I had the pleasure of working with Mia during her residential sales qualification and highly recommend both Mia and Emma at Coppenwall Estate Agents. They are professional, knowledgeable, and truly care about their clients.

Having never rented before, the team guided me through the process and made sure it happened as quickly as we needed it to. Mia has been especially helpful.

Having viewed several properties now with Sebastian at Coppenwall, I’ve found his service to be extremely helpful. Knowledgable of the local area and at hand to answer any questions that I’ve had, I look forward to working with him and the team at Coppenwall for the foreseeable future.

Great company, easy to deal with, excellent communication, nothing is too much to ask, thanks Mia

We chose Coppenwall in the sale of my Sister's house after she passed away. From day one we have dealt primarily with Sebastian. We accepted an offer in March making everyone aware the estate was going through probate. After months of waiting for the Courts and probate being granted we were let down when the buyer pulled out one day before exchanging contracts.
Straight away Sebastian was on the case and within two weeks we had resold. As we live four hours away Sebastian has dealt with everything.
We would recommend team Coppenwall as agents especially Sebastian.

Great to deal with .
Mr Hopkins
Sales & viewing highly recommend
thank you x

Millie was excellent and very helpful. I spoke to her several times prior to submitting our offer, she was always very polite and friendly. Millie was also very quick to respond.
The gentleman, Sebastian, that showed us the property was also great. He answered every question we had. Seb was honest and very welcoming. We could not recommend Coppenwall Estate Agents enough. They made first time buying easy and straightforward. :)

It's really difficult to some up in a few words how incredible the Coppenwall team have been with me. From the very first viewing and throughout the buying process the whole team have been nothing short of amazing. They have all been in support every step of the way. We have also had the displeasure of other estate agents in the area and Coppenwall has been the best by a country mile. I can't thank you all enough for the level of professionalism, care, attention and support that has been provided. I would 100% recommend and use your services again in a heartbeat.

Sebastian from coppenwall estate agents was like a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other local estate agents we had had viewings with. He had all the answers to our questions and we found our perfect house. I would highly recommend coppenwall, they have been fantastic throughout the selling process and communication has been amazing.

We have been extreamly happy with coppenwall while using them to purchase our first house.
Team coppenwall have been polite, helpful kind, professional and knowledgeable and I have found it extreamly easy to deal with them.
I have mainly delt with Mia and of recent Sebastian and both have been amazing to work with.
I would recommend coppenwall to anyone looking to buy property and I will be reluctant to use anyone else in the future!
I can’t wait to complete in the new year !
