Korean skincare, fijne klantenservice
Coos Cosmetics heeft fijne producten. Especially love their Joseon suncream.
Klantenservice is echt top. Geen ai bot, maar een echte persoon die je helpt.
Mijn pakketje was door de bezorgdienst ver weg gebracht. Coos heeft gewacht tot het pakket terug naar hun kwam, en heeft het toen opnieuw naar me verzonden. Zo fijn!

Expired item
I was really looking forward to this product and had been searching for it for quite some time.
However, after placing my order, I had to contact customer support several times myself to find out the status. Only then did I learn that the item was expired and the order had been cancelled. The refund was processed quickly, and I appreciate the coupon that was offered.
Still, the lack of timely communication left a less-than-ideal impression, and my trust has decreased.
I’m giving 2 stars for politeness and the prompt refund. I hope the customer communication will improve in the future.

You were looking forward to this item, and you should have been informed much sooner about the expiry issue. The communication delay was not up to our standards. During this period, we’ve been in the process of moving to a new location and setting up a larger fulfillment space. While this isn’t an excuse, it has contributed to delays in updating our inventory and communicating as promptly as we should have. Even though we’re not fully settled yet, we’ve already taken steps to improve our processes to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Ridiculous service.
There was a delivery issue and instead of sorting it (which would’ve taken them two minutes max), they just sat on it doing nothing. Eventually they said they’d issue a refund — and guess what? They didn’t. I had to write again and basically beg for them to actually return the money. Completely unprofessional and lazy. Never again.

Please take a moment before you make false accusation. Please check your account and see transaction via STRIPE PAYMENT. It normally takes 2-3 working days but they can delay. It will reach to same person and same payment account.
You demanded us to create a label specifically for your ONE item with Mondia Relay for €5 and ship to a DHL locker. You can’t provide a home address.
For you to say you have to beg to get refund is absolutely not true. You did not beg again. We have all the emails as proof and we can quote and unquote as proof if you would like that.

Amazing customer service
The order came in about a week, they write by hand in the receipt that one of the bottle was damaged and they gave me a lot of free samples and mini products. Very kind of them. I think that is a dedication that many shops should have. The products are high quality and truth to descriptions.
