This is a very good product. I was impressed by the effort the company put into communicating what it could and couldn't do. I spent a lot of time verifying their claims, especially about power consumption. I also took it to Adelaide for a camping trip and used it to keep my wife and I cool in our Jayco Penguin in the evenings while we slept. All I can say is that it's refreshing to see an Australian company trying something different and coming up with a product that does what it claims. I'm a high school science teacher and would give this full marks for innovation and execution. Excellent job and I'll be purchasing the tent as we'll for use at home. 5 stars no question.

We bought the Coolzy primarily for our very small AFrame van, aware that it is a personal cooler. It worked great and was smaller than a portable air con. I bought the newly available venting attachment to vent out the window, which will significantly improve the air temperature. The first model we purchased had been reconditioned, but the compressor died after little use. Coolzy happily replaced it, and the new one is running beautifully. Very happy with the customer service.

The koozie is amazing and I use it for the kitchen so when my daughter's cooking she doesn't overheat. The house we live in has poor ventilation so this little unit works really well for why we bought it. I may get one more.

The product didn’t suit my purposes. I wanted to return it. I was denied for not returning within 7 days. I had only physically received the product for 3 days. I tried it, it didn’t do what I needed. So I wanted to return it. I still want to return it. It is still barely used. I tried it for 2 hrs maximum. It is still brand new and I still have the box. The return policy is poorly constructed and I needed help. Coolzy let me down and left me unsatisfied and out of money and storage space. I will be telling others not to use this product unless I can be satisfied in a return.

The device works exactly as described if not better. I am very hot natured and my home AC stopped working in the summer of 2022. It was taking longer than I wanted to wait to get it fixed, so I ordered the Coolzy.

It's good, I still learning to use it, but it's good so far

Coolzy definitely saved me this summer. Very useful and once I got used to where you need to put it and how you have to direct everything it’s great. Thank you!

It's a pretty bad cooler. Unless you vent the back side (hot air) out somehow, the unit will warm the room more than cool the room.

And, it doesn't cool the room (which the company even says). At best you have to have it right next to you so the cool air blows on you directly. If it's over 90degrees (and I'm being generous there) can't even sleep with it right on you because too much of your body area just stays too hot.

It's better than nothing so I kept it, but.....I wouldn't buy it again. certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Was disappointed in the product. For the price I expected more. Works good only to cool a small area. I felt the advertising was misleading.

This product is useless unless you're sitting right in front of it, and it's pouring a blast of hot air into the room from the back of the unit . It is absolutely useless in my opinion. Nowhere in the advertisements did it indicate it would need to be vented to the outside some way.

I love my Coolzy! I have used it for about two weeks paired with a bed tent and I have slept and had dreams like I haven’t in a long time. In my experience on my Homepower One Powerstation I saw about 300 watts after the startup surge. If you need something that cools a bed, or maybe you have a futon and it’s you and one other person-this thing is plenty to spot cool and keep comfortable. Keep in mind it DOES put out heat from the other side but the air from the front is cool and crisp like you’re in front of a traditional ac. I will admit it makes a bit more noise than I had hoped for but nothing too crazy so far. I live in WA, USA so we get wildfires and we have the 40° temp swings so it’s nice to have something that keeps the bed COOL, without me having the portable in the window (which lets in smoke) and I find that the room is nice and toasty which is a plus when it’s cold outside in the morning. In the end I can say I would recommend and I use this the more than my portable ac. I hope it lasts a long time. Thank you Coolzy for your comfort and welcome to the USA James and team.

J'ai choisi le Coolzy pro pour sa consommation électrique réduite et sa facilité de transport. Après deux jours d'utilisations, je trouve le produit bien dans l'idée mais un manque d'efficacité et des points à améliorer:
- Souffle de l'air frais mais le réglage - direction du flux d'air froid à améliorer.
- Une pièce plastique transparent est fourni dans l'emballage, impossible de savoir à quoi elle sert, la notice n'en parle pas.
- La consommation électrique n'est pas de 340W mais de 420W mesurée, la publicité n'est pas exacte et trompe le consommateur.
- le flux d'air chaud est évacué dans la pièce, dommage, un adaptateur optionnel permettant d'avoir la possibilité de brancher un tuyau aurait été possible, à penser pour le rendre plus polyvalent

I bought the coolzy pro from them to use for my kid. Im in New York so swamp coolers don't tend to work very well. So the reason I bought this was because it isn't a swamp cooler. I can report that it worked as advertised and made real cool air out the front. This was great for my kid. The only downside was the warm air out out the back but coolzy told us about this. Anway, we just left a window open and it worked. I would recommend this product to people renting that can't get a mini split installed.

Cool and innovative concept, unit does the perfect job for cooling me as an individual. The sensation is like having an aircon gently blowing on you and you can bring it anywhere, it has wheels. Truly a remarkable work of engineering

I bought coolzy to keep me cool while working in a small room which we use as a home office. It has all external sun-heated walls and can get quite hot and stuffy.

With only a small window, I was concerned that it would heat the room and not function properly, but to my surprise, it works perfectly when used as intended, as a personal air conditioning system. It will keep you cool, but it will not keep the room cool. Because you can't overcome simple thermal dynamics (moving hot air from the front of the machine to the rest of the room), the room does heat up, and when you add the few extra degrees that the cooling system adds on top, you do notice the warmth when you leave the cold stream of air. However, reviewing this system as a room cooler is unfair as it is a FANTASTIC personal cooler that does exactly what the marketing promises. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

An excellent product. Works as advertised. My son has been using it in accommodation that would be unpleasantly hot otherwise, and he is very at ease because of this product.

First of all, after expecting it to take up to 2 weeks to arrive, it was here within a few days, very timely because we had a week of very hot and humid weather soon after. Working part-time from home in a west facing room, my fan was only blowing hot air around. Coolzy has made a huge difference to my work space.

Secondly, it's super easy to use. Once plugged in, open both flaps and away it goes. Close them and it stops.

Thirdly, because it's so portable, I've used it in the lounge, my bedroom where I used the timer and on my verandah.

I'm very pleased with it and have been telling anyone who asks, how good it is. Best of all it's Australian designed and made, one of the reasons I chose it.

This is honestly a fantastic energy efficient product. We purchased our Coolzy for our Old English Sheepdog who is an outdoor dog. Coupled with a WIFI TIMER which turns on at a predetermined temperature our dog is kept cool no matter the outdoor shade temperature. It proves a constant cold stream of air for hours on end and it’s robust design has not missed a beat. It virtually costs nothing power wise to keep our dog safe and healthy. It is highly recommend and will pay for itself compared to other refrigerated units. Bought online and was delivered within a week
