Happened upon this website after searching for Peppa Pig bedding which was the cheapest I had seen, the 20% off for my first order I saw advertised encouraged me to order too. After placing my order I googled the company and saw the reviews here which made me a little dubious however I hoped for the best and I wasn't disappointed. As I said, I ordered Peppa Pig bedding, one set each for my son and daughter. Placed the order on 3rd September, received on the 7th September. I hadn't any need to communicate with the company so cannot comment on that but I am very pleased with the service and I would place an order again. The cost of the the bedding was cheaper than anywhere else even without the discount so yes, one happy shopper. My daughter is now successfully sleeping in her 'big girl bed' so Thank you!

This bag was for my grand daughter Evie. She is only 3 and wanted Frosted to take her drink and snack to Stagecoach towards the end of September. She was very pleased with it.

I ordered the peppa pig backpack for my cousin’s birthday present. However, they sent another one to me without notification. When I get in touch with them, they say due to out of stock. So, they just send another one to me and suggest me to keep it and refund the difference or return it to them. I told them I don’t want to keep it and ask them to send me the return note, so I can return it to them and get back the refund. However, it’s nearly 5 working days but there’s no one reply me again. It’s ridiculous.

Ordered a present for my friends birthday from this website and it told me that it would take 1-3 working days to arrive, 2 weeks later and I still had no sign of the package arriving so I decided to email the company about it. It’s now 1 week later Since I emailed them and I’ve still had no reply. Bad service wouldn’t recommend ordering off here again.

I ordered a backpark for my 2 year old with reigns and the reigns did not arrive. I emailed twice and eventually got a reply to apologise. I have a new backback with reigns sent out for free and 20% discount from another order to apolgise. I do think people should take COVID19 impacts on business into account and give people a chance - its a hard world right now!

you don't have a no star option because that's what you would get..you've taken my money and I havn't recieved any goods...Birthday has come and gone..no thanks to you....no response to emails absolutely nothing and you have the cheek to ask me to rate you when I have nothing to rate you by..you gave me a rtraking number which is still stuck at the same bit ...should be reported for not sending goods and not keeping in touch with your customers..I don't suppose this will be on your review sheet.

1-3 shipping days last Sunday and still waiting. I’ve emailed and received no response.

Absolute shambles....ordered two kids bags and we received two completely different bags from what we ordered. Emailed customer services and had had no reply.
DO NOT USE!!

Ordered 2 backpacks and only 1 came. Sent an email with no response. Sent a message threw Facebook, no response.
No phone number on website to speak to anyone!! Not good enough. Who do I contact for a refund for the missing backpack??
