When I reached out to support about what happened all she could tell me was that was that's just how it works. Then asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I said yes. Where's the rest of my winnings after you deducted the $738.88 playthrough amount out of my original amount of winnings. They stole $245 from me plus their playthrough requirements. I've been using Cool Cat for many years. I requested a withdraw on Dec. 16th. Since then, I've been dealing with trying to get my docs approved. They keep telling me that my address doesn't match. I told them right, because I moved over 1.5yrs ago. It's almost a month and I'm still dealing with this address change so that I can get my payout. I don't understand, why CoolCat, you all can't figure out that I need you all to update my address in your system. I'm not sending docs based on the address you have in your system, it's based I where I live now. Their website indicates they're just a call or chat away. Also, if your chat people are helping people, please make sure they're looking at the persons information and/or what they said they submitted. It’s been awhile since I tried to cash out on 10/9/24 $2,000 and also $100 on 11/19/24 and it said it was approved by the manager on both transactions and never got my withdrawals even after giving them all my documents which was verified. Told I couldn’t get a check. So, gave them bank information for wire transfer and was told I couldn’t do it if it’s a joint account. Open a separate account and still I over 3 months. I recently won on a no deposit bonus. The play through was 1400.00 and I’d started with 4 dollars. Ended up redeeming the 100 limit. As usual I was asked to verify my identity. I had to submit a document with my address. Had to resubmit it because I didn’t take the picture showing the complete document. So far the sevice has been subpar. It’s been ten days and that’s not the time limit the website says for withdrawals with bitcoin. I’m owed the money. I won 1200$ in july and requested for withdrawl via bank wire transfer, i provided them additional documents that they requested and they finally approved my withdrawl on 17th august 2024, and told me i should recieve my funds soon, but its already 22nd sept, and i havent revieved my funds yet, evrytime i go on coolcat chat they say they we have told them to expedite your withdrawl but no use, i dont know if ill get paid or not.very frustrating and disappointing
