Horrible withdrawl process. Withdrew 3/17/25. Its now 5/15/25 and still nothing. Every time all they say is they will escalate it. Every week for 8 weeks it's been escalated. Great work on that!

Problem getting your withdraws. I have been waiting for the approval. I have 2 withdraw requests they state it takes up to 7-10 days and you can not get a deposit back on your credit card either a ach, bitcom or a check but that's international. It's agitating winning but can not get your money. I will wait of course another 10 days and see if I get my 2 withdraw requests in my account.

So I had requested a $100 withdraw, and was waiting for it to go through. When next I looked, I noticed that the $100 withdraw request showed it had been canceled, and a $80 withdraw and a $20 withdraw was in its place. Upon checking my account, the $20 was pending, but nothing showing on my side for the $80. I contacted customer support, they told me I had used a free chip before which justified their recovering 80% of my winnings. DO NOT USE.
