The experience was fantastic! Isabelle provided quick responses to all of my questions and was very helpful.

This was my first experience with Conteenium and it was top notch from start to finish. I had a few questions about the Lip Churchill product line and Isabelle answered them clearly and promptly. When my order arrived in the USA and FEDEX reached out with tariff/customs questions they were addressed clearly and promptly ( Isabelle again). I am very impressed with their service. And I like the watch LIP Churchill T24 as well!

The watch was held up in customs for 2 weeks because of lack of accurate information from Coteenium. After being released from customs, I was hit with an import duty of over $60. I basically paid list price for the watch after all the fees. If I had known then what I know now, i would never have purchased from a company in France. FedEx called me twice and emailed me 3 times for ME to solve the incorrect product information. I had no idea where the parts of the watch came from or why the price on the information sheet furnished by Conteenium was not the same as the invoice price. It’s my fault for not doing my due diligence, but I saved nothing buying from this site, and waited a very long time to receive the watch. I now know better. I could have found a US based company that already paid any import fee and been done with the process.

En revanche, ce vendeur est rédhibitoire au niveau du SAV : face à un produit (plus de 130 €) présentant un défaut, ils ont admis au vu des photos qu'il était éligible à la garantie.
Cependant ils m'ont demandé de payer moi-même les frais d'envoi, alors que la loi précise que dans le cadre de la garantie légale de conformité, ils doivent être assumés par le vendeur.
Lorsque je leur ai signalé cette obligation, mon produit est soudainement devenu "non éligible à la garantie", un changement de position malhonnête et mensonger.

I was able to purchase a Lip T18 watch here at a very reasonable price.
The customer service was fast and excellent throughout the entire process.
When I encountered a PayPal payment issue during checkout, they responded quickly and shipped my order without delay.
I also urgently requested an invoice that met the requirements for the FTA preferential tariff, and they handled it promptly. Thanks to their quick response, my customs clearance went smoothly without any issues.
Overall, it was a truly great shopping experience.

Genuine product but delivery took bit longer

As a U.S. buyer i was skeptical at first but I wanted to get a watch i really wanted where other places dont have. It took time but the customer service was great and helpful. Fedex needed a document and the team has helped me at quick notice and cleared through to ship to me. I have received my item and I am very satisfied and have a peace of mind knowing i can shop here again.

1re commande sur le site, j’ai reçu mon colis intacte avec l’objet de mes désir intacte aussi. Service relativement très bien, aussi la conversation clientèle très satisfaisante. Personnel professionnel et ponctuel. N’hésitez pas de commander sur le site. Mille merci à toute l’équipe.

J'ai commandé une montre (Ciga Design Magician Titanium), c'était pour un Cadeau et donc on s'en est rendu compte beaucoup plus tard (à l'ouverture donc) ce n'est pas la bonne couleur que j'ai reçu. Aucun message d'excuse, aucune information. Pourtant le site a bien changé le modèle en Promo pour la bonne couleur mais n'a pas communiqué concernant les achats effectués, sûrement en se disant "ils verront et reverront le colis".. Peu professionnel donc.

Malgré un délai de livraison assez long (plus d’un mois d’attente !!!), le service client a été absolument remarquable et je les remercie vivement pour leur suivi.

Super expérience avec Conteenium. La montre est superbe, l'envoi a été rapide et l'emballage était soigné. Un site de confiance.

Commandé une montre qui n'est jamais arrivée, voici déjà un mois.

J'ai lancé leur service support quasi inexistant, réponse toute faite via l'IA qu'ils vont voir auprès du transporteur, après 2 semaines aucun retour ..

Je demande remboursement et aucune réponse non plus.

L'argent est foutu , je vais devoir faire appel a de l'aide externe pour simplement être remboursé d'un objet que j'ai jamais reçu. Service lamentable et commerce execrable.

Got my watch in perfect condition.

I was looking for a specific pilot watch (with a heritage) to give my son for graduating university with aviation/pilot degree. I did a lot of research and Conteenium had the best price I found for the LACO. It arrived in perfect condition and he loves it! Great experience.

Un site clair et bien pensé, avec des promotions réellement intéressantes. J'ai acheté 2 Ciga Design récemment à des tarifs défiant toute concurrence. De plus, l'envoi est rapide et soigné, anonyme pour qu'il n'y ait pas de problème lors de la livraison. Je recommande sans réserve et j'achèterai très probablement de nouveau sur ce site.
