Very impressed with the customer service. Very quick to ship and add tracking. When FedEx needed information to process customs / duties, it took less than 24 hours to complete the form for delivery. Will consider buying from them again!

Conteenium was easy to deal with and my watch was well packaged that was very protective. They could improve on customer feedback on the order status. Price was good.

Je suis vraiment enthousiaste : ma première montre automatique (une lip), et la seule j’espère, bien finie, et française qui plus est. M’enfin, autant que possible disons, mais c est déjà pas mal. Très heureux des premiers jours avec elle en tout cas. J ai découvert le site conteenium a cette occasion et tout a été nickel. Livraison sans accroc, emballage soigné avec un sac de la marque de la montre,… ils mettent même un petit cadeau si vous êtes amateur c'est sympa. 5 étoiles méritées pour le site et le produit !

I paid the advertised price of $357 for a watch, together with shipping cost. There was NO mention of any additional fees or charges. The watch was NEVER delivered because I received an email demanding an additional $221 in “fees”! That would have made the total 64% more than advertised! That’s total misrepresentation and fraud!

Order as well as customer service responses were both terribly late. I almost called my bank to report fraud. Would not recommend.

Your company is being reported to the attorney general’s office - the service is horrible- and you do not provide the truth about a $300 customs duty to US customers and provide no simple way to return an item that is and will never be delivered-

I got a great watch for better price than any other seller, It took longer than expected but I'm very happy with my purchase. I'll be buying more from this seller.

Customer service was responsive and quick to send the necessary information to the transportation company when my package was placed on hold. Received the watch in perfect condition along with a leather case.

They have great prices, customer service is good, Isabelle there was very helpful. There was a slight delay in delivery but customer service was helpful, they even made a payback for a express shipping because of that delay. I would recommend this company, great experience.

Everything went well. Had an item that was out of stock and conteenium clearly communicated the issue and I was able to get a similar item recommended by them. The watches were just as i ordered. Had no issues with shipping using DHL.

Not very fast delivery... 19 days between the date of ordering and the date of delivery...
Otherwise all was ok.

The watch I ordered became out of stock but They were able to replace with the same company and a simikar midel abd shipped right away,
