Connect Hosting Omdömen 

Eddig nem volt gond a szerverrel. Egy Beam Mp szervert bérelek már régóta. Tökéletesen fut és mindig tudunk csatlakozni. Mostanában gondoltam mapot váltok és teszek fel néhány új modot. Viszont nem tudom leállítani a szervert. Ezáltal nem tudom módosítani sem az. Nyitottam egy tickettet és jött is a válasz, hogy megcsinálták. Sajnos nem sikerült és nem volt változás. Majd írtam ismét. Ismét írták hogy kész de semmi. Ez megy napok óta. Remélem hamar meg lesz a hiba.

When it works it does great, when it’s not working everyone on the server is a pink sphere. And that happens more times than not. And getting in touch with customer support is pretty simple and quick depending on what selection you choose.

I Paid for a Server & included the Startup Package that cost an extra 7$, the Server was up after just 12hrs but the Startup Package was not installed, I waited some more to see if it would be installed later on but after 2 days there was still nothing. The Startup Package did include an install of Server Managing Tools & a few Mods.

I made a Support Ticket on the Website which then told me to go on Discord to get faster help. So I did that, went on Discord to make a Ticket for not recieving a Service (that i had to PAY for) and after 3 Whole days of not getting an answer I was asking the Community if Support is actually active. Another 2 Days go by and I formerly comlain about the lack of Support on the PAID SERVICE and got banned from the Discord for it because I should have complained about it in a Support Ticket instead.

Ridiculous behavior, so I cancelled the Server and thought that would be it. Jokes on me because 3months later I get a Charge for my Server that I cancelled 3months ago and suddenly I have to pay almost double the price per month? I ignored it and nothing happened. My take on Connect Hosting, its a Scam. Taking Money for a Service they then don't give you & banning you of their Support Service for Complaining about it.

I have contacted them 1 billion times about canceling a server that used to be free. I used literally one time or two and now it's been like two years and they keep charging me one dollar or something a month and it's not about the dollar, it's because I don't need the service and I've tried to cancel 1 billion times and it used to be free and I didn't even tell me anything again. This is probably my third complaint. I'm making as I'm writing this review to their service but they literally just seems like they just don't give a rats anus horrible experience.

Avoid they dont have server its a scam ! You wont have your money back

This service is a scam. Everything is fine until you pay, then you can't login to your account, server doesn't work, and you can't reach anyone for help. AVOID!

I paid for a server on 3/17/26 and on 3/20/26 they said i didn't pay and shut my server off while my friends and I were playing. After that they corrected it even though I already paid twice by giving me 33 days i paid for 60 already at this point plus i tried to correct the billing and it terminated my server losing all of my files. Then they built me a new server and tried to charge me a 3rd time so i canceled and will be going through another company. Do not do service with this provider their customer service does nothing.

My server suddenly stopped working and critical files disappeared, yet support never responded. Billing reminders work perfectly, but technical support does not — very disappointing service.

The server doesn’t work. The 24/7 support is nonexistent—I got only one reply in three days. They are scammers. Do not use their service.

I've paid over 30$ CAD for a semi annual BeamMP server and am not getting any response from tickets or discord, server is currently still pending. tickets unanswered. idk if this should be considered a " Top Pick " for Server Hosting.

UPDATE: After about 20 hours i have gotten a reply finally. i will say they at least compensate for the inconveniences.

Bought a beamMP server from here and it is reliable server. Good performance and good price

Been hosting my BeamMP server with Connect Hosting for a few weeks now and it’s honestly been fine the whole time. Setup was quick and it’s stayed up, no random crashes or anything. Had one question about configs and support got back to me pretty fast. Can’t complain.

Horizon hosting literally gives you better specs, 100% uptime, and is way cheaper than this. Literally connect hosting keeps going down and it costs the same amount to switch the region your server runs on as it does to purchase a great server on horizon hosting. + Connect hosting has literally been down for a day. Waste of $14.

Horizon hosting has servers with better specs and even more ram for only 3-4 dollars while connect hosting charges 12. Connect hosting servers also go down a lot so you cant even access the server you paid for a lot of the time.

A scam. I bought a beammp server for 1,19€ and i know its cheap but it's still money, they took the money from me but i never even got the server. I opened a ticket about it and the never answered.

I purchased a beamMP server four months and cancelled it two weeks ago. No issues with the server and easy to use. Recently bought a Rust server and it work’s amazing. The best pricing I’ve seen and the quality is better than other businesses I’ve gone with.

Fantastic experience, good customer support; They really try to help you get the problem fixed! My most recent issue was actually my fault, and I pointed out my mistake and apologized, the owner was super nice and understanding. Good prices for what you get with the features!

Pros:
Good price to feature ratio
Friendly / helping support
Good server performance

Cons:
The owner (aka main support person), lives in the UK, so that can make it a bit more difficult, especially when it might be a server issue on Connect Hosting's side.

I’ve been using Connect Hosting for 2 years and never had an issue with servers not working. Whenever I’ve had questions the ticket filed was quickly seen to. People who are complaining against slow support and inadequate servers clearly don’t know how to follow the simple steps on the well ran discord.

They are very helpful and fast in support
