AVOID this company like they are going to kill you because they will kill your business, They lie, scam and sign you up to exceptionally high tariff's, that you can't get out of. These people need reporting to the police for the way they are scamming and robbing people.

The company is a scam they give you quote on the phone and a higher rate on the contract and when you try contacting them they short you out with there is nothing they can do to help and will even wish you lock if you are taking thing further.
Please be ware they target new businesses

Contacted by an Anthony Johson from the company and I have to say he was terribly rude and condescending .
Right from the start of the conversation I had someone giving out to me like I had to give them information.
If this is the way the company goes about trying to get businesses into trying to scare people over the phone, I am assuming they are also calling the elderly in this way which I find utter shocking and should be reported to OFGEM.
I hope companies like this relook at how they are hiring and training staff and that it was mistake of one person and not the program of the companies program.

A totally dreadful experience. Phoned by Antony who told me he had spoken to my business partner. High-pressure, fast paced sale, unable to proceed as had not received lease from landlord. Advised sales man Antony on telephone in presence of two witnesses requested that nothing progressed and he closed our request which he agreed to do. Received a text from.him saying he was still waiting for contract, advised again by text not progressing with company and asked him.to update records which he confirmed he did. Week later get an email to business partner stating account has been opened despite them telling us they woukd update their records. Then had another call from Victoria to say she wanted to help me sort... well excuse me I'm not listening as I don't trust you. Advised her will be dealing with Ombudsman for miss selling. Guess I will get the standard "you don't have an account with us comment now too" fuming

Friendly and professional customer service. Autumn got us an amazing deal on our utilities.

I will definitely be a returning customer should I need their help in the future. Highly recommend if your looking to save money on your utility bills.

The signing process is a bit tedious, but he gave me time to go through the terms and conditions and got a sale out of me... and I AM NOT EASY!

Very responsive, understanding the market place and very honest.

Efficient and transparent. Best company I could find after a process which involved five other consultants. Will be happy to use their services again when our next accounts are due to renew.

The cost of the service, which was very quick is extremely steep. At no point was I told about an added charge, felt rushed to sign the forms online and missed the added charges. Yes that was my mistake but a charge was never spoken about £1719.48 is a lot for a few clicks. I didn't expect it to be a free but I have learnt my lesson and wont do it again.

Conmen, haven't got a clue what they are doing utterly atrocious company who wont take no for an answer.

They sent me prices - i looked at a contract and seen they were making £1000s from me, i asked Connor where this money came from, he lied and said the supplier pays them - i then spoke with another broker whom was also quoting, asked them the same question and they advised me they put there commission on the unit rates, this was plausible as no one works for free. The secondary broker beat these conmen's prices, explained their commission exactly and i was happy to progress with another broker whom was honest.

i did a quick research on this company and i can see its a relatively new business and the director has had several companies under his belt and with the way he allows these people to front his new business i wouldn't be surprised if this company is another failure of a long list of companies he has dissolved.

STAY WELL CLEAR

Offered a reasonable rate, was offered a better deal elsewhere, went back to Connect who approached the company and came back with a good deal

Had a very pleasant experience with Connect! They notified me that I was up for renewal with my supplier when I was unaware, they provided me very good quotes and took care of the renewal for me. A very easy and successful process, they even take care of any customer service queries for you which really helped me out with my billing issues
