Confirm Tlt is a scam. The people behind this app should be held accountable for fleecing and cheating people. We booked tickets from New Delhi to Chandigarh. It showed Available. But as soon as we booked it, we were put on a Waitlist. Since we were not sure whether we will get confirmed tickets, we cancelled them. The tickets were for Rs. 3136/- and the app showed a refund of approx 2246 upon camcellation. However we were shocked when we called Confirmtkt to know the status of our refund. We were told that there is 0 refund...and they started with their lies and excuses that the chart was made and tickets were confirmed. When asked to give the seat numbers, they had NO answer.
Again we called them next day, and when we told them we will Put it ON SOCIAL MEDIA he agent told us there has been a technical error, and we are entitled to a refund which we will receive by evening.
We waited for 2 days and when no refund came, we called again. We were shocked to learn that No Refund has been processed. They even refused to acknowledge that one of their agent had admitted that a refund was due. They asked us to send them a call recording..which we did..But NO RESPONSE. Strongly suggest people to try IRCTC MAIN SITE, or even makemytrip,etc. AVOID CONFIRMTKT.

Confirm the ticket app is working for earning money without any hard work, and their motto is stolen money from customers easily. It's just like a betting app. If you booked a ticket through the confirm ticket app, they will charge an extra amount for confirmation, and they can't put in zero effort. If the ticket is confirmed by our luck, then they will say it's our effort; otherwise, if it's not confirmed, they will refund only the IRCTC amount after deduction, and whatever they charged for the confirmation ticket, that amount they can't refund because no one knows the app terms and conditions. They will say it's mentioned in our terms and conditions. If we debate with customer care, then they will issue one coupon, which is not useful. If you want to use that coupon, you need to spend more than three times the amount.

I have lost 3000 Rs with the Confirm ticket app. It worsens the app, and we need to ban it in India, like betting apps.

I would have given a negative rating if there was an option, but since there isn’t, I’m giving it 1 star. This app is absolutely terrible. If you book five passengers under one ticket, they charge a Ticket Guarantee fee of around ₹890 per adult passenger. I ended up paying an extra ₹3,000 on top of the regular ticket fare. After chart preparation, only two out of the five tickets were given RAC status, while the rest remained waitlisted.

When I contacted customer support, they informed me that as long as even one ticket in the PNR gets RAC after chart preparation, the Ticket Guarantee amount is not refundable. This is an absurd policy—why should I pay an extra fee per ticket, but the refund is considered only for the entire PNR? Their prediction system is often inaccurate, and IRCTC’s predictions are far more reliable in comparison.

I lost nearly ₹6,000 because of this app. Sometimes, it even books a different train than the one you selected. Customer service is clueless and unhelpful. Avoid using this app at all costs!

Please do not book the ticket from confirm ticket site.They do not give refund against cancelled ticket.

If I have a a option to rate this app I will give in minus because there is no any support from live chat after I called on helpline number I requested to transfer call to supervisor after supervisor ensure me that I will get my refund because when I was booking the ticket I have selected preference for confirm ticket but they give me waitlisted ticket supervisor told me you will get confirmation from my side till evening but he is not given me any call his name is salman irresponsible person they hired on this app they are giving false commitments I'm using this app from long time but today I decided to delete this app and i will also mention on social media no one book the tickets from this app only irctc is the best

I booked multiple transactions from confirm ticket and I booked a ticket from nellore to lingampalli to narayandri train and pnr number is 4411429620 and then I booked a ticket same points from vande Bharat they charged same amount without food totally I lost 2000 rs for one day due to confirm ticket app.
I called to customer care their response is not good.
