Confirmtkt is the worst app.Booked ticket my ticker in AC 2 tier was in RAC,paid 5910₹,2100 extra for guranteed seat but my 26/4/2026 ticket is not confirmed. I hv to share seat with someone, worst service.

Very bad service and very high charges both are though Dinesh kumar kotha and sripad vidya the are founder of confirmtkt. Logo ko lutne ka kam bhot achhe se kiya dono ne.
I want to make appeal to all of you please raise a appeal against company Taki Inko kuch sabak sikhaya ja sake.

Worst experience with customer service, no concern for customers. I was quoted to call 4 hours before the travel to get the full refund and when I called them they denied on my face and said we don't have any record of your call and stalled me to wait so that I miss the opportunity and don't get the refund. I shared them the screenshot of my call record and they said we didn't receive any call on that day from me. Customer service agent Misbah and Arsad were the ones I talked to he kept saying that if I have the recording of the then I can help we don't have any recording of calls. They are not even following their own policy how will they help customers, now they are just saying sorry. they keep spreading wrong information and incompetent employees will stall you. I advised everyone to use IRCTC instead of them. they just want your money, greedy company with no compassion for customers. This is a fraud company. The offer they give for 3x refund is a scam to attract people. But I will tell you this had happened before that they were supposed to give 3x refund instead they refund the same amount and deducted 300 rupees.
So I advise everyone to not to you this fraud company. Use IRCTC it's safer than Confirmtkt.

The whole booking and refund process is a scam. As per the 3X return policy, apart from the base fare which is returned, a coupon is provided to be availed within 7 days to book an alternative ticket. However when one uses the coupon to book the ticket, its not accepted.
A complete waste of time and money.

I have booked my train ticket from Delhi to Kamakhya and added an alternate benefit because the ticket was not confirmed or was cancelled at the time of departure date . The confirmed ticket option provides choices for alternate benefits, and I chose a bus coupon. I received a coupon worth 1650 Rs., but when I tried to book a bus ticket using the coupon, it didn't work or show any options. It only worked for bookings within 100 km from my departure place. I was unable to book the bus ticket, despite multiple attempts to contact customer care, but I received no response. This company has shown benefits to customers but has ultimately turned out to be a scam because they do not deliver on their promises.

Payment not received and Agent not Helping

It also supports passenger robbing policy while booking tickets.
It is only to say confirm ticket but if ticket is not confirmed you end up giving substantial amount for nothing.

They show ticket available but never get one seat confirmed. Their ex is a scam that you can't even use for the other day travel also. Because the tatkal window opens after half an hour which means tickets are already sold out till it opens. They charge a significant high amount and I don't know why irctc is still tied with this app. It should be banned from scamming the people who book ticket hoping to get a seat in emergency

It's a useless app, you just end up paying up extra significantly without any benefit, there guarantees are also fake and just a marketing gimmic... Not advisable at all.

This is a scam website for sure . They dont refund money when ticket is canceled or when we try to cancel it, it doesnt allow canceling tickets . Such a low people . For sure these people will land in hell .

Scam. No way to get the refund even after paying a good amount as free cancellation fees

They are one of the biggest scam when it comes to book a train ticket.

They will initially tell you YOU 'D get 3X refund if ticket not confirmed but in the end they will give you some pathetic voucher which can only be used on their website.

Don't fall for their SCAM and it's better to use their website.

Again they had scammed me also first at the time of booking they show you train base fare and railway charges but at the time of payment they added extra 4000 in the name of Fcf charge after complaining again and again no response we all should complain to cyber crime as gpay customer care suggested

I have booked tickets for 2 through this fraud app. They have taken rs. 500 extra on the ticket for SL class as compared to booking on IRCTC official app. It has been a month still my ticket is showing in waiting list. If have to wait till chart preparation to get my confirm ticket, what is the use of this app. When called their customer service, there is no human to attend call, it is IVR which reply you who hardly understand anything and no specific answer got from IVR. When I asked for alternative plan like they use to have earlier i.e. you can change and sit on others passenger seat if their journey ends at a station few stations before your destination station ( 2 to 3 confirm seat changes in a journey), IVR says it is illegal, then how ConfirmTKT was providing this service earlier. Now, my extra 500 + some ticket cancellation charges + wait for one month all are wasted. I do not understand if they are not able to confirm ticket why they have kept the name as ConfirmTKT and why they charge extra 1/3rd of ticket cost for booking tickets. Government should ban this app permanently for spamming people. I will also write to consumer forum about this fraud.
