Scum of the earth

Sent me a threatening email saying going to debt collector and additional fees

I don't owe them a penny!!

Don't understand the negative reviews my application went pretty smooth and I was kept updated throughout, Gemma and Sarah were really helpful with answering my questions

Really quite an odd experience to be honest, incredibly slow process.
I met all the criteria detailed on their website, provided 6 months bank statements, signed all the loan contracts and submitted bank details etc for deposits only to receive an email 3 days later saying it had been declined at final checks. No indication as to why, no human contact, and now I'm left with just a few hours to sort an alternative solution before my flight later on today. Really astonishing that a company can be so inconsiderate and communicate so poorly. As much as I don't understand it I have no issue with being declined, that's entirely their prerogative, but to take 72 hours to decline a £500 loan once contracts had been signed and card verified etc is just incredibly poor and I doubt they will be around for much longer.

Apply twice online and submitted all of my details and it didn't go through.phoned them and they weren't helpful at all. Don't use this company absolute waste of time.

Steer well clear of this company. They make unfair and unreasonable decisions and waste your time. Would not reccomend them to anyone

I have really bad credit and expected to get turned down but money was in my account later that day

This company needs shut down! Had to complain about their practices to the FOS numerous times - totally unprofessional and shouldn’t be in charge of a financial institution.

Honestly don't use them! They get you to sign all the loan agreements, connect to your bank , then wait hours to turn you down. They accept no one. Don't bother waste of time.

Complete waste of time, stay away. Received several scam phone calls within half an hour of sending my details. Your information is not safe, dangerous company.

Was told I’d been accepted in principle then was messed around asking for my bank statements and within less than 5 minutes of been told it was with a reviewing officer I got another email dealing me their a joke of a company I even signed an agreement with them which I shouldn’t of had to do unless I was recieving the loan !!!

STAY AWAY ,found myself in debt all other company's brilliant and won't take money as I'm behind with utilities . this company threatened me with wages arrestment and when I told them it would be my rent I was using they were not bothered. I thought that companies had a legal responsibility these days to not make peoples financial difficulties any harder, I will be contacting the ombudsman

Used to be brilliant. To many changes now. Told I could renew in May when I applied to renew in March. now that I've applied they now say it has to be paid in full before I can reapply. I've always renewed. Over 2 years with this company I'm a little disappointed to say the least. 3 payments remain and I think I'm done with them after it's paid. I won't need it in September. Such a shame they were so good but seem to be turning into every other loan company out there. I chose these due to the low APR. But there information given is not always right. 2 different replies. Was good while it lasted.

Total waste of effort! If you don't have perfect credit then I wouldn't waste your time with this crowd, no chance of them putting money sharks out of business, there only there for the rich!!
