No channels again today iv paid for a…

No channels again today iv paid for a months trial to check it out before buying yearly and it’s a shambles. They won’t even acknowledge my messages or answer the phone. This is going on all week and some of last week 😡😡

Hi there, and thank you for your honest feedback. We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologise for the experience you've had.

What happened over the weekend was an issue on the internet provider's side — they blocked IPTV lines across the board, which unfortunately affected all customers, not just ours. Our team has been working around the clock to resolve this, and we're happy to confirm that everything is now back up and running smoothly.

We're also sorry if our responses weren't as quick as they should have been — the volume of queries during the outage was exceptionally high. That said, we take your feedback on board and will do better.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly so we can make sure your IPTV service is fully working. We'd love the chance to turn this experience around for you.

Great service

Great service , very easy to set up and the customer support is excellent. The stream quality is grest with no issues — I would have no probkem recommending this service.
