Since the start of my subscription
Since the start of my subscription, any issues I raised were resolved promptly. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case recently. I highlighted an issue at the end of January, and it took 16 days to resolve despite me having to follow up multiple times. I then reported another issue on 22 March and was told I would receive an update, but as of 3 May I still haven’t heard anything back.

If i could give zero stars I would
If i could give zero stars I would. Glitches all the time, especially weekend where you want to watch tv .When you ask for a trial they will give you server with no issues. When you pay and get your server then its ok for a couple of days,after some time channels stop working .When you ask for a support you waiting for a couple of days before anyone will try to help you with none working channels.
Don't buy it from bingbeare.

New viewing set up
Just joined as I was getting a huge amount of buffering on my old system & the old people kept saying it was my set up which I knew was absolute rubbish. So I joined very quickly and easily & also joined my friend. Now we are both watching our completely trouble free viewing at a much more competitive price as well. Wish we would have moved months ago, great service thank you. 👍👍👍
