THE REVIEW TRUSTPILOT REFER TO WAS FOR SOME REASON NEVER PUBLISHED AND I ASKED FOR AN EXPLANATION. PERHAPS TRUSTPILOT WILL LOOK INTO THIS FOR ME AND RESPOND.
This refers to a long review I submitted yesterday regarding Ramada Hotel Leeds East.
I did not receive a response from you but have seen some suggestion that this company has managed to distance itself from on-line reviews. This does suggest that they have a very poor performance.
I shall be grateful if you will confirm what the situation is and why I have not received any notification from you.

My issue still not resolved

My issue still not resolved, amazon unable to read own email THEY sent but tried to claim spam not sent by amazon, however the fifth agent yesterday after less than two cutoffs took less than two minutes to find the email they never sent and he could not read the gibberish and gave-up. ONGOING
If you have a complaint and from top left list, choose customer service
Then in the search Q box type complain, the list below appears but this will not help they have been disabled by amazon with pic a of dog saying not working, now no emails allowed of any kind

To complain you must make it verbally to a customer service agent, this means no written record of any complaint. One agent said there is no complaints department.

DRIVER COMPLAINT

I was expecting a Hello Fresh delivery today.
If I had not been coming into my lounge I would not seen the large white transit. I have a Chihuahua with a hair trigger. So no knock or doorbell, he stayed asleep on the sofa.
It did not appear the driver had even been in through my gate.
So I checked my porch, no card. But I opened my door anyway & my parcel was propped up against my my door.
When I checked online it said delivery done, card left. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. I was very lucky that it was not stolen. Which has happened all over the estate.
This is the first time I have had to make a complaint about any delivery you have made in the past & this is not my 1st Hello Fresh delivery.
Thank you for taking the time to read this these rather long comment.
I also look forward to hearing from you with your comments in return.
I'm am disabled & was looking forward to having 1 of the meals for my lunch.

Iam very disgusted 😒 with British gas ⛽️…

Iam very disgusted 😒 with British gas ⛽️ on how they can treat disabled people 😒 after fighting with them for 2 years now 🙄 and they still have not resolved my problem all I want them to do is put my gas on to my smart meter with my electricity iam just so angry and annoyed with them thay need to be shut down in my eyes 👀

I've been with ee since they took over…

I've been with ee since they took over Orange. There service & help is incredibly rubbish,every time I need an upgrade there'll do the best to make you dissatisfied .
I'm being charged a full contract fee still since it finished in December.There should be law against this.

Prezzee $100 e-gift card on May…

I purchased a $100 e-gift card on May 5, 2023. The recipient received an email with a picture jog a gift card and NOTHING else. I emailed Prezzee, they sent another email talking about setting up an account, etc. The system sent a code, then says the password was invalid…it wasn’t a freaking password. Anyways, she not able to download it and I want my $100 refunded. I’m contacting the BBB and Yelp re this. No resolution as yet, I’ve been more than patient.

Dont buy a car off Motor Range

Went to motor range to buy a new car which cost me over £24000. After bringing it back once for a new sat nav card and faulty usb port and had to bring it back again for a faulty usb port, creeking door and tyre pressure light on my dash board.
On booking my car in I was advised I would need to get my car in by 8.30 and one of the reps would drive me back home to Formby and collect me once my car was ready.
I arrived at 8.15 to be told that I could not be driven back home today but could be dropped off at Aintree where I could get the train back. I told the person on the desk that I did not bring my coat or my purse with me as I was told I would get a lift home and she said that this was not her problem and there was nothing she could do. I told her I lived over a mile away from the station and it was raining very heavily and she informed me once again there was nothing she could do and it was not her fault. I asked her whose fault it was and she said it was just one of those things on the day.
She then informed me if I wanted to wait she would put it down as a repair on the day and I could drive my car home, I agreed to this as I had no other choice. After an hour my car was driven to the service station and I was told 15 minutes later there was no fault with my lights and my pressure was correct in my tyres. After returning to my car I opened the back door and no light come on and I noticed the tyre pressure light was still on. I returned to the desk and the girl informed me to go back to my car and she would send someone out. After 10 minutes a very rude lad come out and asked me what the problem was. I told him I could not get my lights to work and he jumped in and pressed the back light on and it come on. I told him I had done this before I bought the car in and asked if he had put a new fuse in and he said no. I did not believe this as I had done exactly what he done before. I then noticed there was a load of oil on the front driver seat and I asked him where that come from. He just started laughing at me and shook his head then walked away. I telephone to speak to a manager and I am still awaiting his return call. Disgusting service from this dealership. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will never return to them to buy a car.
