I made an appointment weeks in advance. Today, I get a phone call and my appointment is cancelled. I have to travel without getting my nails done. THIS IS AN UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOPPY SERVICE. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON.

We had a voucher bought for my wife & I of £400 we booked a short brake through their website which we had to pay an extra £75 plus our full voucher…When we went on a different website for the same dates & hotel it was only £185 in total This can’t be right what a rip off buyagift is !!

Luminyouth is a scam placed order before reading reviews asked them to cancel order with no response and nothing in the post. Got an email saying order on way but that was over a month ago.

Unbelievable bad service from this company I asked to fix leak from both front & back gutters overflowing severely. The company replaced gutters up & down pipes which they said were needed but these had only been replaced 6 months prior but was told they were put in at the wrong angle & they would do a wet test to check all was working correctly before leaving.
This never happened & the leaks are still on-going as bad if not worse than ever.
I have been chasing them up ever since to complete the job I asked them to do but to no avail get lots of promises that this will be done but they never turn up & pawned me off with lies & times they would be there to complete the job & never got a receipt for the 3,100 euros I paid out to them for this job & another job they done at the same time.
I would recommend go elsewhere non-trust-worthy company despite saying this differs on the website.

I have as an Internet provider: PlusNet since beginning of 2025. They have increased the prices, but the service they provide is not the best quality.
I have tried to contact them for help because the Internet is down, but it is hard to get in touch with them.
I have tried all they suggested on their Web page, but still no Internet.
So, their customers service lacks in helping their customers. All they want is our money!!!
After my contract is finished with them, I will never have them as an Internet provider!!!

Ordered treadmill from Rathwood 10th January 2026, never recieved the product after numerous phone calls and emails cancelled the item still have not received my refund, absolutely dreadful company to deal with. Please be very cautious and I have discovered to my horror that there is number of customers in the same situation

Virgin media is a joke, ordered broad band on 4th march , still never came, rang and was hung up on multiple times ,its 23rd now and still nothing, each time i call a new oder is put through ridiculous , 100% do not recommend them

Please let there be democracy. You have to flag from companies who get negative comments.

Anyone on here still with OPTUS or am I the only d1@$head whose been a loyal customer for years? Today like the good person I went to pay my OPTUS bill which said it was overdue in big red writing, mind you I was one day late abd I've always paid. So I'm talking to OPTUS online and she says I can pay the bill manually so I thought ok. I followed the OPTUS reps directions and paid it. I felt on top of the rainbow sort to speak but, wait for it, the mongrel bustards took out two payments of $194.30 instead of just the one payment of $194.30. So I say to the OPTUS rep, hang on a minute, OPTUS have taken out two payments. The optus rep says it's all my fault because I paid manually. WTF!!! I thought that's what you told me to do. I didn't say anywhere in our conversation that I was paying two payments. The OPTUS rep then surprises me out if left field by saying I paid my other OPTUS bill at the same time which isn't due till next Wednesday for the amount of $80.27 and that now I have credit of $113.13. They said I could get a refund of the credit of $113.13 but I couldn't get the whole $194.30 back and it's all my fault mind you because I paid manually like they told me to. So I say to OPTUS how am I going to put food on the table now? I need that money back. You know what they say and it passes me off so much, they say, I know how this situation must feel but I can't give you back your money and the credit I can refund into your account but you will have to wait up to 5 days. The hide of Optus to even pretend they know the gravity of my situation and how they played the major role in putting me in this predicament. I really tried so hard to pay all my bills either on time or a day or 2 late because I only get the Disability Support Pension fortnightly but I feel like OPTUS has put a noose around my neck and kicked the chair under me and just walked away. They don't care. OPTUS only cares about getting that money 💰. Oh yeah and by the way OPTUS have a financial hardship line you can call 24/7 but you never get through. Right Royal Fu@#ing Ars#$0les. OPTUS come to my home and take your shit because none of it is going to put food on the table you bunch of unfeeling ROBOTS!!!!

I purchased an item end of Dec 2025,
after waiting for weeks to hear about my delivery. I was told it got damaged in transit, & I would be issued with a full refund. After several emails & phone calls requesting same. No refund processed.
I think any one interested in any item for sale on their website - BEWARE.

Lakeland queen booked three weeks ago for cruise and buffet(dinner) tonight we as a family have made a special trip for parents 65th wedding anniversary and traveled from Auckland to Rotorua and with an hour and a half before the sailing they have just called us and canceled as they didn't make there numbers very disappointing very poor bad management be warned so your not disappointed

I went to Carrig Don in Ballincollig to purchase a gift for a friend. Amy gave me excellent service . You are lucky to have such a wonderful sales person.

I want to file a complaint for Zenfy.com. It is a scam and they refuse to refund my $75.00 for a subscription I did not know I was getting. I looked at their site then closed it. I never received any benefit or even an email telling me what to do with their site. Once it was closed I forgot about it until they charged me $75. I would have cancelled it had they given me the info to do so. I got NO follow up from them. A scam for unsuspecting Seniors trying to make ends meet. I am 70 and do not want to further my professional career.

I ordered a pair of white trousers from a company called lupi They arrived and they were grey. I told them I wanted to return them and get a refund. Over many many emails they are trying to make me keep them and give me 10percent refund. They were 39.90 euros. I have stated more than once that I don’t want them. The newest email today was asking what colour I wanted but white is still not available. They try and wear you out I wld never use this company again.

Last October I was travelling to north Spain so I needed a short Jacket of good quality I purchased from the Lisa Lust website at 105 Euro as I liked the style and the cut looked to be good quality!During my stay in North Spain I was wearing my off Whie short Puffa jacket and it got wet I was wearing an orange bolero type jacket and when I got back I noticed that the lining had a pinky hue all over even on collar I wrote to them telling of my delima and the reply I got back was to contact the company /shop that I bought it from Now this bolero is over 15 yrs old and it still looks as good as the day I put it on Needless to say I was most disappointed with reply as I felt Lisa lust was passing the book as it were taking no responsibility for what happened I believe if it was of the quality she had advertised that this should not have happened and I believe if it was any of our retail stores like Dunnes Pennys etc they would have replaced it straight away as I speak from experience Too date I have received no recompense I only received two reply’s and on my last email I even sent more pictures as I was told to wash it but it made no difference and the pictures prove it I believe this is very Poor Customer Service and again companies that don’t look after their customers eventually” go to the wall “ as I look around now Allin all I won’t be buying from the company direct especially the clothes section and if I want quality I won’t again look at this company and I know may of my colleagues would agree also as I showed them the Puffa Jacket and the condition of it today

I still haven’t heard anything about my $200 voucher from Woolworths when I receive my good guys $500 voucher. I had two vouchers one for 200 and one for 500 $200. Woolworths voucher went missing.

I recently moved house and was cancelling all my contracts until I come to SKY Broadband and Phone
I rang several times with promises they would call me back 5 times in alI. I rang them the morning we were moving and was told everything had been cancelled I was told yes anyway we moved into new home and started to get E Mails from Sky saying I had not returned the router nobody ever told me that I should return this it was over 10 years old and I know its a item they they no longer use I had been with Sky over25 years a few more e mails slipped into my mail box telling me I could drive back to Preston over two hundred miles to send it to them I'm 80 years of age I was told it would be a challenge for me I said in my email to them I could not drive that far and gave them the address and name of the people living there after that I still got more e mails from this awful company Its making me ill a really awful company to deal with they have no compassion to loyal customers

I orded leather black loafers on Etsy at 'Getbetterchoice'
I payed 156 dollar.
The shoes arrived and they are not made out of leather the heal is different from the picture.
I was totally unhappy. I proposed to send them back but I did not have to send them back in fact I could
not since I had no address where I asked for and it was not given to me. They proposed to pay back
70 dollar. I did not accept it anyway after that the conversation stoped and that was the end of my loafers.
