Not enough information provided
The information provided is no where near enough to know what you are getting.. Once you start looking and getting quotes.. so many they seem great on your guide actually end up covering very little. They need to be more indepth

Found the travel insurance at a price that I was prepared to pay. Went to the Recommended Insurer and bought the policy. I had a question that Compare Travel could not answer so they suggested that I contact the insurer directly.

Extremely Happy
I'm a hard person to please and write reviews very rarely.
Hayley the customer service member who answered my call was cool thorough, took the time to make sure that I understood what she meant and my options, then gace me extra information in an email.
Travel insurance is hard to get right for extended periods of travel.
I previously used the RAA and never EVER again!!!
Compare Travel Insurance showed me how much other companies were trying to rob me.

It needs improvement
It needs improvement. It is not easy to edit before approval. Unfinished entries or lodgement can not be saved and without being able to recover the entries. So we have to start from beginning.

However, it appears your review is directed at an actual travel insurer and not us, as we simply compare travel insurance quotes and hence, do not have the option for customers to fill in entries to lodge for approval (I assume this was in regards to a medical assessment since you mentioned it had to be approved).
