My insurance was dealt with by Sam who I have to say handled everything very professionally. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure to be looked after so well.
I know people will say yes it was because she was selling their product but it was more than that it felt personal.
We had been with the same broker for 30 + years. They had been bought out e times so we were just a number this proved it when I rang to cancel. I was spoken to rudely with no trying to even ask why.
