You have charged me repeatedly and not provided credits

Easy to use and gave the information I was looking for.

I paid the money but I got no information on the company so wasted money!

Data was good, but the report was not printer friendly. I had to copy and paste content into Word first because the pre-built report layouts were incomplete/ too many pages

Very limited financials (top- and bottom line) - other information reasonable from balance sheet perspective

I paid you twice for one report and you did not notice and offer a refund.

Out of date info and can’t find how to get refund

A complete scam. I got ripped off for £24 for a report that contained absolutely nothing except the company number. If I could give them a negative score, I would.

I've been using Company Check for a number of years and have generally been impressed, however of late the data seems to be incorrect. As well as seeing incorrect data for other companies, my own company is now no longer discoverable, and when I search for myself I'm shown as no longer being a director. I contacted Company Search to raise the issue with them and discovered that you're only able to contact them by phone if you're a paid member. So, I created an account and got the telephone number - but it just rings out. In the weeks since I've left several messages, sent several emails and raised several tickets on their support service - all have gone unanswered. After some random checks for other companies I'm seeing more and more data issues. So, something is very wrong with Company Check now and the offices seem to be totally unmanned. I'll be contacting my credit card to charge back the membership fee.

Website easy to use, gave me all the information I needed . couldn't have been more easy to follow .

We have been subscribing to Company Check for the past 4 years. In March we raised the issue that our own Company financials were incorrectly reported which we were informed was due to “an error on this page” and that this had been “logged with our developers to investigate”. Three months on and we are still being told that the developers are still working to find a resolution and “Unfortunately, all we can do is wait and I do not have a specific time frame to advise how long we will be waiting. With regards to the accuracy of our information, please see section 6.2 of our terms and conditions”.
These state: “Specifically Company Check gives the Customer no warranty or assurance about the contents of the Service. Whilst Company Check does endeavour to maintain the accuracy and the quality of the Service, information contained may be incorrect or out of date. Therefore any use of the Service is at the Customer’s own risk.”

Awful service, I lost a tenancy agreement as they flagged two "possible CCJs" that were TOTALLY unrelated to the company that was checked - then refused to do anything about it.

I needed a financial review of a small private limited company before placing a large order. Company Check provided exactly what I needed. I had used them before.

Really bad dont use them charge £24 no report and not refund money back.
