Great customer service. Melissa, Laura and Alyssa especially are great. Prompt with emails and calls, always exceed my expectations and unlike a lot of other companies - their aftersales service is great. They don't just sell and ignore like other companies I have come across, any issues or damages we have are dealt with straight away and nothing is too much.

I usually use another supplier, but Commercial Washrooms were able to supply within a needed timeframe. Very smooth ordering process with Tom and tracking of delivery. There was unfortunately an issue with part of the consignment, but this is where I was truly impressed with the company. The customer service from Melissa was first class and the issue was sorted out very quickly. This kind of quality service gives me a lot of confidence and trust with the company, and I will definitely return as a customer. Highly recommend!
